Wonderful property, clean and tidy home, friendly neighborhood and a nice road to walk the dog on. Great communication with the host. Lovely back yard for the dog to be safe in. Beautiful sun room to relax in and view the amazing stars late at night!! Got a peak of some Northern Lights while we were there!! Thank you for sharing your lovely home! Already booked it to stay again soon!

Cabin home and neighborhood immaculate. Every thing works and well appointed. Garage a plus since we had two utvs. Two setbacks however, no AC and cabin was a bit warm with temps in low 80’s. Opened a window and turned on ceiling fan in the evening to cool down with the cool air from evening rain. Also, master bedroom sheet protector stained with yellow spots. Otherwise an excellent stay.

Perfect house, quiet neighborhood, great location to gorgeous hikes, all the amenities you need, peaceful sunroom for morning coffee, and a fenced yard for our fur boy. We couldn’t have asked for a better vacation in Pagosa, and we are so appreciative to stay in such a beautiful and comfortable home. Our host went the extra mile to warmly welcome us and let us know they were always there to help. This is the kind of hospitality that speaks volumes. Thank you so much!

A truly amazing home!

We stayed at this fantastic home for a few days and enjoyed the beauty of Pagosa Springs. The house was so clean and beautiful and the owner anticipated our every need. The beds and towels were especially plush and the cool mountain air was such a relaxing treat. I would suggest this home to everyone!

Pet Perfect

This property is in a nice neighborhood with a fenced yard and a lovely sun room with tile floors. The layout of the house is good for families or guests as the living and dining areas are in the middle with the bedrooms flanking it on opposite sides. The kitchen is well appointed, and the dishes, flatware and glasses are of good quality. The sheets and towels are also quality and the beds are comfortable. The sofa in the living area is modern and low to the ground, I would hope the owners would change this out because it does not match the decor. The sofa on the sun porch is far more comfortable. I would highly recommend this property with one caveat, the house is not air conditioned. The morning and evenings were very comfortable but the middle of the day was not. We will not rent another house without air conditioning again.

Great home base for a Pagosa Stay

The house was a nice size and comfortable for our group of 4 adults, 2 teens, and 2 dogs. The pics are accurate, but a nice surprise was the backyard. I was worried my little dog would escape from the fence, but there's actually chicken wire blocking the gaps that you can't tell from the pics. It was their first time seeing snow, and they absolutely loved playing in it. My sister and I loved reading our books in the sun room while the rest of the group was snowboarding at Wolf Creek. Great restaurants nearby for us to meet up for dinner. And obviously getting a day pass at the Hot Springs is a must. My only complaint is the neighborhood roads once you turn off the main road are not paved and got pretty muddy. Not a deal breaker - just something to be aware of.

Perfect home away from home

I felt this VRBO was even better than it appeared in the pictures. I have never stayed at such a well equipped home. Everything you need is there without a doubt! The property manager was super responsive and we loved being at this adorable well payed out home!

Amazing House with a Perfect Location

We stayed here in the summer of 2022 and loved it! The house was extremely clean and had a perfect location for us. There was an issue with the hot water heater and the property manager was quick to respond and fix it. I would highly recommend this home!

Cozy Pagosa getaway

We really enjoyed this mountain property in Pagosa Springs. This cozy property included everything we needed to enjoy a wonderful getaway to Pagosa Springs for our first visit. We would definitely consider renting from this property again!

Perfect family stay

We booked this house at the last minute and couldn’t have been happier with the property and house. Clean, quiet, very accommodating for our family, and deer right out the back door! Will definitely use again if available and we are in the area.

Lovely mountain retreat

Positively Perfect in Pagosa

This house has EVERYTHING that you could want from a VRBO and more. The kitchen was spacious and had all the necessary cookware. The beds were super comfy and the sunroom was the perfect place to relax with my morning coffee. I have absolutely nothing to complain about concerning the property. The only issue I did have was with getting accurate information from property management. I messaged a few days before to ask about the type of coffee filters (cone vs basket) and if there was a hairdryer on site. The information provided wasn't accurate and it was obvious they had never been to the house. They also sent out a message they day before we were to arrive with incorrect information about road and weather conditions. I'm sure it was just a standard mountain weather advisory but when I called the person I spoke to wasn't able to tell me anything about the road conditions up to Wolf Creek Ski basin. We spent 2 hours in Santa Fe getting tire chains and bottled water. When we arrived the roads were completely dry. We really hated that we had an extra expense and wasted time purchasing things we didn't need.

Very clean and cozy vacation home

We had a very pleasant stay for a Thanksgiving week in this wonderful property. It’s location is very convenient - only 5 minutes to the City Market and restaurants. It’s in good condition and was very clean with sufficient kitchen and bathroom supplies. The sun room is wonderful and my kid stayed there all the time. Wi-Fi is excellent and is definitely needed since the cellular signal is not available in that area. We all love this house and think it’s a perfect house for family vacation. We will try to rent this same house next time.
