  • We took a 5 day rafting trip down the San Juan. Our second camp site at Hanaker had an amazing hike up the canyon wall to a look out over the river and canyon. Very hot hike, but the views were amazing. If I did this one again, I would probably go in the morning. The raft trip itself is pretty easy, only one Class III rapid. We love this house! The location, amenities, and neighborhood were perfect. It’s right off the main road, but the street was quiet, with a lot of spaces between the homes. The house is well-kept and super clean. It has great kitchen appliances if you like to cook, and a nice deck to sit outside in the mornings and evenings. Check in was super easy and the Itrip staff was very responsive when we had questions. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Pagosa.

Wolf Creek Ski Trip

This house/location was perfect. We traveled by motorhome and since this house was on the edge of town there was plenty of parking. The road and driveway to the house were flat and groomed. We had four adults and two children. More than enough room. Walmart and several restaurants were within ten minutes and the ski area was under 45 minutes drive. The house was spotless. Management responded immediately to any requests or questions. Check in and check out a breeze. Now for the best parts: the views! Mountains and sunrises, hot air balloons, horses and elk!! Definitely will go again this summer and again next winter.

Wonderful stay

This house was exactly as advertised. More house than my wife, daughter and I needed, but I booked based on cleanliness reviews. I wasn’t disappointed. We had a full week of activities planned, so we didn’t spend much time at the house. I highly recommend this place when visiting Pagosa Springs! Beautiful views, abundant wildlife, and very clean!!

Incredible Views & Perfect Set-up

We had an awesome time! The views were incredible both inside and outside of the house. The house is very clean and nice. The layout of the house is spread out, which makes it great from a noise perspective with little kids, so everyone can sleep! The property manager was exceptional with communication. We would stay there again for sure!

Very nice property close to everything

My family enjoyed the spacious clean home. We loved the location and the views. (We watched the hot air balloons rising in the distance through the picturesque windows.) The accommodations were very nice and were better than expected. The owner was great at communication and checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely check to see if this property is available again for our next visit. Highly recommend!

We were very happy with everything about this cabin, close location to town, great Verizon cell service, lots of tv channels, wonderful views to the northern mountains, great cooking facilities, excellent cleanliness, 5 stars on all.

Very nice home

We had an amazing stay at this property! The house was very clean! Beds were comfortable. The layout of the home is great. The patio, porch and yard are well maintained. We did not use the kitchen but it appeared to be stocked with all the necessities. this property was conveniently close to restaurants and town but in a very quiet neighborhood. Check in and check out was a breeze. We highly recommend this property and would stay here again!

Beautiful!

Loved the house and the property! I also loved the floor plan of the house. Every bedroom was private. Great views and quiet. We could see the big air balloons taking off and landing from the front deck. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need. Just wish check in time was earlier then 4:00 pm.

Great House!

Everything was great with house. The only thing we found was a couple dirty rags in the kitchen island drawer and the dryer lent screen was completely full. Also, there were dishwasher pods but no dish soap. These are obviously very minor I just wanted to make you aware. Overall great stay!

Wonderful! Perfect for our family with young kids. Would stay here again!

The house was absolutely wonderful and had everything we needed! Views were incredible. Perfect size for 4 adults and 4 kids! Both of the main floor bedrooms had their own bathrooms and the upstairs bedroom was large and fit our 3 kids perfectly with the 4 individual twin beds plus their own bathroom upstairs! We also loved the mud/storage room for all our ski equipment, extra bags, etc. Only suggestion is more lighting in the dining room and mud room :) Five stars! We would definitely stay here again!
