I booked a different property months ago for a very special gathering of girlfriends. We have been friends since kindergarten and are 65 years old currently. One of my girlfriends is building in Pagosa Springs, but living out of a fifth wheel in the process. Another one of our friends lost her husband unexpectedly and this weekend was to be her 40th wedding anniversary. I tried to make sure that everything would be perfect and that we would have a great house with numerous outdoor spaces to hang out and just talk. Days before we were to arrive in Pagosa I was notified that the air conditioning went out and would not be fixed before our arrival. The home they moved us to was 82 when we arrived and the air conditioning was out. Due to our unusual and very warm summer in Colorado. I specifically chose a home that had air conditioning. The home that we ended up staying in did not have comfortable outside furniture. There was no coffee in the home and the grocery store was on the other side of town. This home was less than a year old. I was told by the agent so we expected everything would be in order. The home that we had originally selected was closer proximity to town, the grocery store and our friends property. We were given two choices of homes that we could move to. Neither seemed comparable to the one we had originally selected. Natalee, the agent on the first home seem to care however, Lori the agent on the home we were moved to never called to check on A/C o
