Perfect cabin for our family. Lots of room, great amenities. The heating system is created by heated floors and it worked well. The nearby hot springs and snow mobile tours were perfect!

Perfect for 4 adults and two small children. Nice wraparound deck, three comfortable bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Kitchen fully stocked for cooking meals and table for 6. No central A/C but plenty of fans and one room A/C unit so we stayed cool in warmer August weather. Outside of town so quiet neighborhood setting and neighbors were friendly. Distant view of San Juan mountains.

Beautiful home! Beds were comfortable and you can’t beat the views of the mountains. I was a little surprised that there was no central air conditioning, but I’m also from Texas. Each room had ceiling fans and separate small fans, so it wasn’t bad at all. Overall, amazing home and far enough away from Pagosa Springs that you don’t deal with traffic or an influx of people around.

Nice cabin with a few oddities

Nice cabin with mountain rustic feel. It was fairly clean and the furniture was in good condition. The bed in the downstairs bedroom is metal and it is noisy when tossing and turning. It also needed a deeper cleaning. If there are people staying above in the loft area there seems to be little to no insulation in the flooring upstairs so the noises travel on the downstairs bedroom ceiling. Also the downstairs bedroom wall corners are not firmly connected on one side so the light in the living room can be seen into the downstairs bedroom??It was nice in some ways but the cabin needs some attention to detail. Also if you like a glass of wine you may want to bring your own wine glass.

Colorado perfection

Our rental was perfect!!! It was clean. well stocked with needed items, Beautiful home with gorgeous views. Easy to get to in a quiet neighborhood close to town. I've stayed in alot of rentals and this one may have been my favorite. Appreciate quick questions answered by rental property and owners. Furnture and deck amenities were awesome! Highly recommended Colorado rental!

Happy Getaway

The cabin was comfortable and spacious for our month long vacation. The kitchen had everything you could need. The front deck was wonderful! We spent a lot of time enjoying the mountain views. It would have been nice however if there had been a dining table where we could have enjoyed outdoor dining. The area was very quiet and peaceful. Easy access to hiking trails however biking was a bit more difficult as the road is gravel and Hatcher Lake does not have a lot of paved bike trails or bike lanes. We stayed in the upstairs master which was comfortable. It would be a nice addition to have a dresser of some sort to lay out your clothes. There was a card table in the closet that we used. One last thing, do not order anything from Amazon as they do not deliver direct to the house. Packages are delivered to the owner's mail box and you have no access. It was a surprise to us. We needed to deal directly with the post office as the owner had the key out of state. Luckily the Pagosa postal service was very helpful.

Lovely cabin

The deck and view were everything!

Great cabin..unfortunately we didn’t get what was originally listed. No fire pit, no tv in the master and no upstairs pool table/TV. We did enjoy the deck, grill and view!

Great Summer Adventure

We enjoyed our summer adventure in Beautiful Pagosa Springs! The cabin was a perfect place to stay while exploring the surrounding areas. We spent most of our time enjoying the beautiful deck and view, spending every moment outdoors. We enjoyed walking through the neighborhood, bird and deer watching, and reading on the deck. We also enjoyed the pool table! The cabin was clean and very well taken care of, beds were comfortable, loved the kitchen and space, the convenience of washer/dryer, and the multiple bathrooms! Thank you so much for sharing your home with us!

There were issues with the property we had originally booked, the property pictured, but were well accommodated to another property. It worked out perfectly because it was a townhome with beautiful lake views. The name of the property was Knotty & Nice, which I would definitely stay at again.

Beautiful Log home in lovely neighborhood

We really enjoyed our stay at Mountain Spruce. The home is lovely with nice decor, comfy beds with a gorgeous mountain view. Great decks altho during our stay we couldn't use them due to the snowstorm covering up everything (tons of snow) but there is some nice outdoor seating, picnic table, etc on two sides of the house. We did appreciate that the driveway was snow plowed for us which was great. A nice big garage which we used every day. The gas fireplace and the heated floors were a Godsend as it got down to -16 while we were there. I do recommend a 4 WD to get to this neighborhood if it is icy and snowing. My boys loved the loft (equipped with a pool table, TV, desk, and nice bathroom). Upstairs doesn't have a closet to access but there is a place to hang clothes in the bathroom and some ample shelving. We felt like the decor, linens, etc was very nice. Plenty of room in the kitchen to cook and store your food in the cabinets. The laundry room was BIG and a convenient space off the kitchen to hang your coats, place your snow boots, etc. Great place and responsive management team. I would love to come back in the summer months to this location.

Beautiful Cabin

We enjoyed our stay in Pagosa. The cabin was beautiful and nicely decorated. Kitchen was not stocked as well as most we have stayed in. Dishes, pots and pans were great, just would have been nice to have a few things in kitchen such as condiments, olive oil etc. still a very nice place with friendly neighbors who were also originally from Oklahoma.
