Misleading descriptions of what is available on the property.

Vrbo did not make clear in description of property that there was not a pool on site. You had to go to a facility away from this property plus pay to swim. Also if you come in July, it does get hot during the day but cool at night. This property does not have AC for comfort. I was very disappointed in this rental. I will check with host before I stay again with Vrbo. I have been a customer of Vrbo for many years.

Don’t stay with VIP Vacation Services

The rental itself is OK, but the property manager doesn’t understand VRBO. They will seek to force you to sign a separate rental agreement, which differs some from what you agree thru VRBO. They will also disregard the renter details you provide via VRBO.

Christmas Family Vacay

This place was in a perfect spot, and literally stocked with everything you would need for your stay! I’m usually running back and forth to grab small things I forget to pack but this place had everything but perishables! The only downfall is that it is in a close living HOA neighborhood, and my country living family had a hard time adjusting to keeping quiet so we didn’t disturb our neighbors.

Very nice vacation.

The property was exactly as presented in the pictures which is often not the case in our experience. The house is well appointed and everything was available such as linens, kitchen accessories, etc. Easy to recommend based on our stay.

Beautiful rental and great location

Beautiful rental and location! The kitchen was fully loaded with all the extras I'm used to lugging with us, since we love to cook. The rental was across the street from Village Lake. Great walking path throughout the neighborhood. The house had comfortable rooms. The setting was quiet and cozy. Bonus there is a wonderful rec center.

Cozy townhome

Very nice townhouse. Loved how they had all the Christmas decorations, made it very cozy and homey feel. Clean, comfortable beds and well stocked kitchen. Definitely would stay there again.

Christmas getaway

This home was absolutely perfect for Christmas!🎄 The main reason I decided on this home was the Christmas tree in the pictures. We were spending Christmas here with two littles. Came to the home to find every room including bathrooms decorated for Christmas! The home had everything we needed. It was also in a super quiet neighborhood.

Super cute perfect condo

GREAT neighborhood!!! Amazing location, very clean, nice neighbors, perfect set-up with everything you need for a vacation whether on your own or with family. Very responsive hosts. Lovely comfortable beds, pillows, couch, relaxing environment. Well-stocked. Happy I got to stay here. Thanks!

Clean & comfy

Texans scouting Pagosa for retirement enjoyed this near perfect place to stay. It was almost spotlessly clean, all basic amenities provided. Comfortable beds and more than plenty of space for two people and a pup. Great location too. Only issue was the traffic noise. Staying in the summer means windows open for coolness which meant lots of road noise, as this property is right by the entrance to the cluster of townhomes.

Nice home, no A/C, noisy construction.

Home was nice and my family did enjoy our stay. However, it should be understood (and plainly stated) that there is no A/C and the house was very warm (we stayed during July). Additionally, with no A/C you will need to keep all the windows open, and this exaggerates the noisy construction going on nearby. Lastly, the refrigerator broke during our stay, we informed the management company, but no resolution occurred during our stay (we were told to use the refrigerator in the garage - dirty and full).

Very nice place to stay

It was more than I wanted to spend on the vacation but it ended up exceeding my expectations. The house was very clean and cozy, and it was very nice to have a garage to keep the car in so that it wasnt so cold and I didnt have to scrape snow and ice off it every morning.

Great design for a townhouse!

Each unit is separated by a two car garage, so you never hear the neighbors and you don’t have to worry as much about your noise levels.

NICE Ski-Rental Home

This townhome was the perfect rental for our 5-night ski trip. It's in a great location, is super cute, and has everything that you could need. We loved the decor and that it was decorated for Christmas while we were there!

Spectacular

Had a 5 night stay at the location. This was a one of a kind stay. Every detail was accounted for with a fully furnished location. The beds were extra comfy, kitchen was world class, and cozy throughout, we will be back in the future.
