We stay at rental houses multiple times per year. This one was excellent and the management group was responsive. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Home

Awesome stay

Entire trip was awesome. The VIP management made everything so much more easier. The house was excellent for my entire family, very spacious and very clean. Will definitely be staying again.

Golf trip

Six of us together for a golf trip. Property was fine and convenient to commercial areas. Another bathroom or two would have been nice. We're old .

Family Vacation

We spent a long weekend in Pagosa Springs with our family and this was the perfect house for us! Plenty of room for everyone, a clean house, and the perfect place to relax after a long day of skiing! Would definitely return to this home in the future.

Amazing stay

Perfect Accommodations

This house was perfect! We had 6 adults and three kids ages 7-17, and this house accommodated us with plenty of room! The theatre/game room provided the perfect area and entertainment for our downtime. Would definitely stay here again in the future!

Great Getaway!!

My friends and family had an amazing stay here at this location. The house was just as described, very clean and tidy. This house was a perfect place to enjoy in Pagosa after coming back from the ski slopes every day. I have stayed at many different houses in Pagosa and you will not be disappointed in this property! The management team was outstanding. Easy to communicate with and exceeded our expectations.

Christmas Vacation

This home was perfect exactly like the pictures and view was better than the pictures Pagosa Springs is our favorite place in Colorado and this is our new favorite home in Colorado. Everything was perfect and we couldn’t ask for anything better.

Great Place!

We had a group of teens that stayed with our family during Spring Break and we LOVED that they could all camp out in the downstairs. The upper floor has 2 bedrooms that work well for the adults in our group. Anyone who needed some extra space could spread out on the multiple beds on the loft. Some of the items in the house need to be updated, but overall it was an awesome fit for us!

Short family vacation

This is a beautiful home nestled in a quiet neighborhood. My mother-in-law loved watching the wildlife life and there was plenty of room for everyone. One of the best homes we’ve rented and we’ve enjoyed quite a few. There’s plenty of dishes for everyone which we appreciated. I had trouble with the lighting system but my kids didn’t lol! Overall it was lovely. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful home!

We were in town for a family wedding and this home was a perfect home base for us! First- we appreciated that all mattresses were covered and this home professionally cleaned. It looked and felt it! Kitchen was spacious with 2 sinks! Great room perfect for gathering. Large table room for everyone! The young adults enjoyed the basement gameroom with pool table. The owner was assessible and helpful. Would definitely book again!

Fun and Relaxation in the Forest

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Mountain Star Lodge was our gathering spot this summer with our children from as far away as Shreveport, Louisiana, where it's hot and humid and Arizona where it's just boiling hot. We all agreed that this house was an ideal spot for all of us--we enjoyed the large recreation lower level, the placement of the bedrooms with accommodating baths, the gathering place provided by the generously supplied kitchen and family room, as well as the large windows for viewing the wildlife that was in great abundance. Even though the house is not air conditioned, bedroom windows and doors are screened, making the house very comfortable for the day ahead. We all had a delightful time!

As advertised. Spacious, clean and easy to work with.

Upon arrival we realized there was more space than anticipated even having 3 families sharing the space. Game room was great for hanging out in the evenings and upstairs provided plenty of space for winding down and dinner. Only thing I would mention as it affects some more than others is the beds are noticeably on the harder side if you are accustom to a soft bed.

Beautiful Cabin

My family and I really enjoyed the cabin. It had all the pots and pans to make meals. They also have two different coffee makers. We really enjoyed playing pool and having movie nights down stairs. My favorite spot was having coffee on the porch early in the morning. The neighbors seemed to all be very friendly. If you are used to a soft bed just know the master is a firm mattress. The master bath has a large tub that is so nice to just relax in. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend staying here.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Giving 4 stars, but I'd really give it 4.5 stars if that was an option. Kitchen nice and well stocked. Living room furniture is newer and very nice. We happened to be in Pagosa with highs in the 90s, so house did get warm during the day, even with best efforts to keep it cool. There have been a lot of comments about firm beds, for us that was fine. This house could hold 16ish people, with 3 bathrooms? We have 7 people, so no issues for us. Basement is pretty basic. Shuffleboard is warn and really not usable. Pagosa was great, home was very nice. Saw multiple deer, couple of bucks, wild turkey and a fox in the immediate neighborhood.
