2024 Thanksgiving trip

Getting in and out of thee driveway was terrible. The property manager blamed it on the county. However the the neighbors on each side had their driveways fixed. It has a large ditch and a lot of loose gravel. You will peel out trying to get up the driveway. The risk of falling and slidingwgile walking to the sataors waa also a worry the whole week. We stepped on glass pieces in the kitchen and my son stepped on a fishing hook in his bedroom. There are no curtains or blinds on the front door back, kitchen door or the door upstairs in the loft. You could see straight in the house at night. The place is nice inside. Beds were comfortable, Bathrooms were updated. For the stovetop, the all heating elements didn't work. I did not enjoy cooking in that kitchen.

Needs a deep clean

Upon arrival the smell was horrible. Smelt like urine. :( Luckily we brought room freshner. Dust on all light fixtures. These need to be cleaned properly. The upstairs had cobwebs and spiderwebs in all bedrooms and the sheets had something gross on them so we washed all bedding. It was also hot upstairs. We used the duct tape air conditioning & all fans & still were hot. That is defintely something to address. Very unprofessional & unpleasing to the eye.. especially with what we paid..The master bed was comfy but the bedspreads are stinky and musky. I recommend replacing or washing them. Pillows were flat. The wood decking needs attention. Paint would be a huge improvement. Hot tub was great! All white towels were stiff and musky. Striped towels were fine. Loved the washer and dryer unit! Unfortunately, we became "friends" on this trip. We didn't let all of these things effect us much.. we still had a nice time together and we love Pagosa!

Everything was great, except the kitchen was dirty. We had to wash every single thing we used before we felt safe to eat off of it. Other than that, it was a great place. Master bed was fantastic!

Family vacation

This property is the perfect place to have a family vacation. Enough room for all 7 people to have their own bed. The house was clean and a little warm with no AC but as the sun started going down and opening the widows at night and closing the windows in the morning it stays nice all day. Would definitely stay there again.

Amazing get away

This house had everything we needed and more. The spa was amazing, the home comfortable and accommodating. When we make it out to Pagosa Springs again this will be the first place we look at. Centrally located to everything we wanted to do and a gorgeous drive to Durango. 100% recommend staying here.

Incredible!

The house was just beautiful. We had a wonderful time. There was enough space for all of us. We played games we got in the hot tub watch TV sat outside just wonderful. Pagosa Springs has a lot to offer. We went to the Hot Springs. We went on two different hiking trails. We went up to sportsman camp. We ate at Rosies pizzeria. It was delicious. Walmart was very close when we needed groceries. All of the stores in Pagosa were very nice. When we come back that way, we will definitely stay again. Thank you so much.

Great property and communication!

Property was in a great location and listing details were accurate. Host was very communicative and made sure we had everything we needed before and during our stay, and responded immediately when we had questions. Check in / check out was also very easy. Highly recommend!

The place is very nice, but..

The place is great, however the driveway was a solid block of ice and is not maintained. 3 of our gust slipped just trying to get from their vehicle to the house. One was unable to ski the next day.

Roomy house in Pagosa

Nice, roomy house in quiet neighborhood in Pagosa Springs. House was a bit older but had room for well more than our family of four. Made for a nice relaxing stay, and management company was responsive to the minor requests we had.

Great summer getaway

Stayed here for about a week with my family of 8 and 2 dogs. There was plenty of room for everyone and the teenagers loved the game room that was separate from the rest of the house as well as the hot tub. Beautiful area to take the dogs on a walk in the morning and good location to the town and plenty of stuff to do. We would definitely come back and stay again.

Snow Trip

We rented the property to have a little fun in the snow. The kids were dying to go sledding in the snow. We didn't even have to leave the property. They lived the hills outside of the cabin. They were able to come in and eat at their discretion. We absolutely loved the town. We walked around and enjoyed the scenery. shops and the hot springs. Can't wait to do it again.

Great property

My family and I recently stayed at this beautiful house during a ski trip to Wolf Creek. The house is spacious, well maintained and the property manager was very attentive . Our favorite feature by far was the hot tub. A great value!
