Convenient yet quiet with ocean view

We are family of four with a small dog. Just spent 2 nights over the July 4th weekend here. This is one of the best home away from home we have stayed at. It sits on a hilltop and faces the Pacific Ocean. The host is very responsive. The place is just as described, clean, nicely decorated and equipped. The kitchen cabinets are as full as the ones in my house so you can cook all meals if you want to. There is a grocery store at the foothills. A car is recommended as the road going uphill is steep. I believe the hosts live on the second floor and guests stay on the first floor with a private entrance. So the hosts are there almost all the time to solve any issues you may have. As for us, we found everything we need and enjoyed our stay.

Cozy Stay with an Epic View

This is a beautiful and clean place to stay with friends or just on your own. The property is as described and it’s easy to access without extra steps that may be challenging with luggage. This is a great place to escape after a day in the city or it’s a great place just to hang out all day. Thank you for being great hosts.

Perfect Getaway

Just 20 minutes from downtown San Francisco, this villa is nestled on the hills overlooking the Pacific Ocean. The view is spectacular. The walks on the beach were even better. Perfect getaway.

Paradise found

My family and I spent the best 2 nights 13th-15th of July in this peaceful, amazing, ocean-view piece of heaven. The weather was amazing compared to San Jose. The house was clean and very well organized. Everything you need is there. Sitting outside on the terrace and looking at the ocean was breathtaking. The host always checked on us via messages in case we needed anything, giving us a feeling of privacy as if we were in our own house. Thank you Janeed and Rob Best, Aliaa

Great stay just outside of San Francisco! Quiet, safe, clean and beautiful views! Janeen was just an email away for any help needed and very quick to respond. It was our first time out to California and if we were to come back, we would definitely stay here again!

The place was perfect for a quick getaway for my wife and I. It was close enough to the beach, had a gorgeous view (weather permitting) and was close to the restaurants and the grocery as well. The villa itself was beautiful and was exactly as described. The host goes out of her way to make you feel welcome and at home and even made personalized touches for our wedding anniversary. Can't recommend this place and the host enough. It was perfect.

Very classy

It's a very classy place with a panoramic view (weather permitting) and lots of nice touches. Please be aware that is part a very large "house on the hill" where the owners live. Also, the unit does not have a washer/dryer, but there is one on the premises that you can arrange to use. Janeen is very nice and tries hard to make sure you are happy.

owners cause anxiety

I believe there’s hidden cameras in the home. On more than two occasions, their house was entered without informing us and items removed. All of the dishes under the cabinet were covered in grease. We had to wash them prior to using. The complementary coffee and snacks. All items were expired by at least three months or greater From the moment I showed up, I was receiving, at least to text a day, telling me what I could, and could not do. For the amount of money I paid for the stay, the drive up to the house is backbreaking and we could not even park in the driveway. We had to park on the street and had to walk about 150 yards to the door. Advertisement is pet friendly. Great place

Very nice to have a luxury place to stay. Plenty of room to relax in comfort. Suite was stocked with everything imaginable and immaculately clean. Nice to be above the fog line, although the road up to the house is a little intimidating the first time, depending on the Google route. On site hosts very pleasant and responsive to any needs.

We had a terrific experience in this gem of a property with beautiful views. Janeen and Rob have their place down to a science on what they provide in terms of amenities for people. They even proceed a crib for our 8 month old! Very easy communication and clear instructions. We loved our time here and would highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable stay with incredible views to start your day or to end your day with a sunset.

The Real Deal

This property is as beautiful as the picture suggests. Peaceful, enjoyable, relaxing, and such a great place to spend time with your family. Far enough away from the bustle of SF, but within reach if decide you want to go downtown. What you will find when you get to this property is that you won't want to go downtown. You're going to want to spend every minute you can relaxing on the patio and enjoying family. If you have family in the area, you will want your family members to come to you so they can experience the beauty as well. The owners are truly premier hosts. They care for and love their property and it shows. And they extend this same care to their guests. A wonderful experience in every way!! You will be well taken care of if you choose to stay here.

Very nice!

This was the perfect space for a long get-away weekend. Janeen left us a nice bottle of wine and many extras were in the kitchen. We had an usual situation. The hot water heater was broken upon arrival. Our hosts kept us up to date on what was happening and how repairs were going. When they found out it couldn’t be repaired in a timely manner, they made other arrangements for us. They booked us a nice hotel room by the ocean and gave us a generous breakfast gift certificate. Although this wasn’t what we planned, they made every effort to make up for it. They went above and beyond and we couldn’t have asked for more. We will definitely try and come back to stay at their place!
