"The host was extremely responsive and the property was exactly as described. The parking spot provided is tricky to maneuver and requires two people to avoid damaging your car on all the obstacles. The shower is tricky too, so be sure to ask before you arrive. The property also smells a bit damp/musty, so maybe bring some room spray or a candle. Overall, it was a lovely stay and we would definitely rebook the space for our next visit to Berkeley."

"We stayed at this property due to the proximity to Stanford Hospital where a family member was being treated. This was so close not only to the hospital but to shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again in the future should the need arise."

"Yes, we had a wonderful stay. The place was awesome, so near to Stanford University where our son is staying/studying & whom we were visiting, the area is very residential and quiet but very near to shops and dining places. Communication with the owner was great and whole process was seamless. We hope to avail of their services again in one of our future visits to Stanford. We won’t look for another place to stay. This place was so great & perfect for us."

"My daughter, best friend and I really enjoyed our stay! The house is located directly across from the beach with views from the patio off one of the rooms. Very short walk to multiple costal access points and restaurants. The house was very clean, cozy and well stocked.
