To enhance security measures for our guests and the property, we will be sending an online registration link to your email. This link will contain preliminary questions that need to be answered. Additionally, we might request a copy of your ID to verify the individual who will be staying. Thank you for your cooperation in ensuring the safety of our guests and premises.
For guests planning to stay with us for more than 28 days please note that we require additional documentation to support our background check process for a small fee of $49. Alternatively, we accept employment letters or internship letters as valid forms of documentation. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a safe and secure environment for all of our guests. Also, there will be a Utility Fee that will be applied for Long Term stays amounting to $300 per month.
Pet is welcome for approval with a charge of $200 per month per pet or $30/per night for Short Stays.
