Una casa histórica, completamente renovada y muy confortable. Tranquilo y a poca distància del centro. Muy recomendable. El responsable se preocupo porque todo fuera perfecto, ya desde antes de nuestra llegada. El desayuno genial con una preciosa la vajilla de Navidad y muchos mas detalles que nos encantaron

Matteo was the best host! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely home. It was easy to see all the attention to detail upon arrival as Matteo welcomed us and showed us around what would be our temporary home for a few days. The breakfast each morning was above and beyond! The rooms were cleaned each day and the staff were amazing! I would stay here again. I highly recommend!

Our stay at Palazzo Stunis was truly unforgettable. The property itself is stunning – a beautifully restored family home full of charm, character and thoughtful details. But what made the experience exceptional was Matteo, the best host we could have asked for. He was incredibly responsive, friendly and helpful throughout our stay. From restaurant tips to local sights, his recommendations were spot on and made exploring Ostuni even more enjoyable. Matteo made us feel completely at home in his beautiful home, and we left feeling like we’d stayed with a friend. We couldn’t recommend it more highly.

Everything was near perfection. Most gracious, helpful host we’ve ever had. There was nothing he wouldn’t do to make our stay comfortable. Every area of the Palazzo was perfectly decorated & appointed. Ceilings, tile floors & woodwork were beautiful. Bed & linens were comfortable & high quality. Good location with easy walk to historic center. Especially notable for an Italian hilltop historic town, parking was effortless. Breakfast offered wide variety of choices & all were excellent & nicely presented.

Ficar no Palazzo Stunis é simplesmente uma experiência inesquecível! Matteo é um host maravilhoso, nos recebeu dando dicas maravilhosas de cidade de Ostuni que é simplesmente maravilhosa e tem uma noite muito animada. A casa e quarto são muito confortáveis o café da manhã um show a parte! Matteo além de nos ajudar com as malas ainda estacionou o nosso carro! Uma experiência inesquecível! Recomendo e com certeza voltaremos!!!

Matteo was an incredible host and clearly has a passion for beauty. He has spent a lot of effort maintaining and renovating this B&B. It's a charming and authentic 19th century Palazzo held in his family for 3 generations, but he's refurbished it with a refinished / modern and cleanly touch. Beautiful place.

Charming little bed and breakfast only 5 minutes walk from all of the restaurants in Ostuni. Matteo and his team are wonderful and so helpful with anything we needed. They have parking available for a fee which was just a block away. For us that was imperative since we doing day trips and it was much easier to get in and out with a car from this location then from the busier area. The Breakfast and coffee provided in the morning were just what we needed to start the day. Would highly recommend if you are staying in Ostuni.

We loved everything about our stay at this lovely, elegant property and very much wished we had been able to stay longer than only the three evenings we had booked. Matteo, the proprietor of Palazzo Stunis has created a wonderfully special atmosphere in this heritage home, and offers his guests luxurious and comfortable respite in the midst of Ostuni and indeed, the wider Puglia area. Matteo is both personable and very knowledgeable about the area, and readily provided us with suggestions for places of interest, local specialties, dinner reservations and the like which made us feel quite at home in the area. We also enjoyed the delicious and extensive breakfast offered each morning before heading out for our daily adventures. Much of the area is within easy driving distance of Ostuni and we appreciated having a home base and the parking offered. And of course, returning at day’s end to refresh and relax on the terrace at Plazzo Stunis before heading out to enjoy dinner at one of the city’s many interesting restaurants was simply a perfect finish to each day. Matteo’s passion for his home, country and his interest and thoughtful approach to the needs of his guests creates a special feeling of welcome to and comfort in Ostuni and Puglia that simply shines through at Palazzo Stunis. Enjoy your visit there!

Italian royalty vibes with every modern comfort

If you’d like to feel like Italian royalty in your noble palazzo while enjoying every, superbly curated modern comfort- this is the place. We arranged to meet friends here for a weekend of exploring the town and the region- we all left hoping to return asap. The parking, the breakfast, the luxurious beds, the atmosphere and above all the most helpful and charming host… couldn’t have been better. Everything far exceeded our expectations and we were able to relax and enjoy ourselves fully. I wholeheartedly could recommend this hotel to the most discerning of travelers- it’s WONDERFUL!

Beside the authentic charming and elegant property which comes with immaculate prompt services and generous fresh delicious breakfast and more … topped with a professional royalty host , Matteo is the best host I ever met through all my travels … the amount of time he provided to assist us with his wide knowledge about the surrounding beauty and his genuine and delicate treatment were above 6 stars hotel … I ended up extending my stay for another two nights … Matteo and his high quality and efficient service is impressive … I can’t thank him enough for his excellent hospitality and kind personality … my husband , daughter and I will always remember him . We left with beautiful experience to be remembered and shared .

Matteo’s attention to detail extends to every corner, creating an ambiance that perfectly encapsulates the charm of southern Italy. One of the highlights of our stay was the coffee—brewed to perfection and served with a personal touch that made each morning feel like a celebration. Matteo's care and passion shine through in these small gestures, making the experience truly unforgettable. Our only regret is that our stay was far too short. Our host Matteo greeted us very warmly, was very helpful and friendly throughout and made our stay in Ostuni even more enjoyable than it would otherwise have been. The Palazzo is beautifully appointed, spotlessly clean, full of character and well situated for a stay in Puglia. Highly recommended.

Impeccably restored and maintained townhouse Palazzo a bit outside, but within easy walking distance, of Ostuni center. Beautiful bedrooms and common area are on second floor with about 15 steps and no elevator; some of the doorways are a little low for guests over 6 feet. For us, minor inconveniences eclipsed by the owner, Matteo’s, personal welcome and attentive, but not obtrusive, service throughout our 3-day stay including expansive breakfast, touring recommendations and help with bags and nearby parking in a church lot he rents for guests. Overall a great base for seeing Ostuni and rest of Puglia.

Matteo the owner, shares his love of his beautiful family home with his guests. He provides his guests with a warm welcome and everything you need to enjoy Ostuni and the surrounding areas. Excellent recommendations for dining, gelato, and shopping as well as day trips for wine tasting and visiting Alberobello and the countryside . The location is great! A short 5 minute walk to the historic center. The rooms are spacious, clean and well appointed with modern conveniences and a flare for interior design. Matteo is very accommodating to any dietary needs when he is informed in advance providing a lovely breakfast with many options. We felt like locals thanks to Matteo and our stay at Palazzo Stunis-Dimora di Charme!

This is a wow property. Matteo is a wonderful host and everything in his property is beautiful. Ostuni is a pretty town and we enjoyed our time there as well as our day trips to nearby towns. Would highly recommend this property.

Matteo is a wonderful host and his home is very special. We were treated wonderfully and will happily come back again if we get the chance. Highly recommend this home for a stay in Ostuni.
