I lost my wallet while walking between a restaurant and the hotel, and Ms Rinka volunteered to take me to the police station and help me file the police report. "12月17日～18日に車椅子利用の父親と利用させて頂きました。女性のフロントスタッフのホスピタリティはすごかったです。車椅子利用と事前連絡させて頂き、当日はすぐ近くの駐車場の利用やエレベーター前の階段の車椅子の移動など、バスルームの段差の対応などして頂き、感謝しています。チェックアウト後の駐車場の利用も可能であり、父親と無事トロッコ電車に乗ることが出来ました。こじんまりとしたホテルですが渡月橋も部屋から見えますし、阪急嵐山駅も近いです。温泉施設もあり、便利と思います。また、季節を変えて利用させて頂きたいと思います。"
