"Room 5: The carpeted floor was damp and sticky (we couldn’t take our socks off) the shower had an old shower curtain instead of a screen and the air conditioner looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years. The fridge had rust on the outside and the kids struggled to sleep because they felt like things were crawling on them in the bed. We ended up coming home after 1 night. Really disappointed."

"We were on a budget graduation trip to mount Tamborine and this was the best choice I made! Worth the money and beyond expectations. Although I thought the entrance was shady, we all had a good night sleep. The room was well maintained and all necessary amenities. Wish they had a pair of toothbrush and toothpaste. Other than that, it was a great stay. Definitely recommend!"

Room was serviced only once during our four-night stay, would have been appreciated if it was done each day.
No information on the rules and where things are. Some non-applicable rules were on the door encouraging us to ignore everything else including wi-fi.
Detergent could have been provided for washing dishes.. Not required if the room is serviced on weekends."

"We had an amazing one night stay at the Polish Place. The cabin was exactly as expected and had everything we needed. The only difficulty we had was check in. We are traveling internationally and needed WiFi to get updates as no one was at reception at 2:00 pm. Luckily a local winery saved the day with WiFi and the trip was smooth after that. Would definitely stay here again!"

"We stayed at Azzura Green Apartments and unfortunately our experience got off to a terrible start. For the first three nights, our apartment had a significant cockroach infestation. We reported the issue and were moved to another apartment, which we appreciated, but there was no apology for the situation, no acknowledgment of how unpleasant it was, and no compensation for the food that had been contaminated and had to be thrown away. "There was a faint smell of old ashtray in the room that I found disappointing (on a non smoking floor).
