Pros: Terra Verde resort is a great place to stay. Regardless who you rent from. Back yard area is great for little kids.Cons: Before arriving i was asked by the host what time I thought I may arrive. I was unable to answer before i was then messaged by the host that my 4pm arrival time had been pushed back to 5pm. An hour later I messaged saying I thought I would arrive at 3:45. Upstay informed me that I was allowed to check in and they would wave early checkin fees.Keep in mind they had offered no compensation for telling me I'd be an hour postponed for a later check in. Also, 15 minutes?! My family and I could have easily used the amenities at Terra Verde to avoid early check in fees until 4pm.Upon arrival there was a "maintenance " man in the home and he appeared to have trash with him.The home had trash hanging out of the trash bin, there were dirty hand towels left in a bathroom. The next morning, animals had dug through the trashThe master bedroom has a broken box spring and that is the reason for the LOUD creaking the bed has.On my last night of stay. Our family of 4 spent 13 hours at magic kingdom. We arrived back to the home at 10:20pm. Kids were super sleepy and all were tired. The door WOULD NOT UNLOCK!! I contacted Upstay, they tried to walk me through unlocking the key lockbox. That did NOT open! I was told its after 10pm and there are no workers to help me. They left me with NO WAY IN THE HOME UNTIL MORNING. DO NOT USE UPSTAY!
