As others have said, the house was very clean and modern looking. We loved the amenities - the water park was so much fun for the kids and adults. Jeeves was very accommodating when our car's battery died as we were ready to leave - they let us back into the house while we waited for AAA to arrive.

Great property but awful property management

The property itself was great and cute! But the property management team Jeeves was awful! We booked and paid for our property one week before checkin! Uploaded IDs and credit cards for verification. Upon arriving to the property, the gate let us in and gave us our gate passes. We then realized in the email titled “Access Pass” there was no door code! Called the property management company and was told bc it was a “late” booking (one week out to me isn’t a late booking) I would need to drive to their office to do EXACTLY what I had already uploaded to their system. They HAD to see me and my IDs in person. It was a waste of my time and something that could’ve been done online in Teams or a FaceTime call! Departure was not clear either! There were no checkout instructions as every VRBO has and it wasn’t in the paperwork so we had to call! And sketchy they had a security officer wait at the curb to make sure we vacated at 10am We travel a lot and stay in hotels or VRBOs and this by far was the strangest experience!

Nice and close to disney, not kid friendly

Nice property with new appliances, well stocked kitchen and nice furnishing. Not very small child friendly. Do not recommend coming when it is hot because they rental company won’t let you put the ac below 72 and it’s a two story building. The house never felt very cool which made it hard to sleep. Also just a word of caution— there is a list of “fines” for every potential misstep (turning the AC too low, not bagging trash, not taking trash out etc). I think is increasingly common for rental houses but it makes me worried I’ll get overly scrutinized

Great stay

The place is very clean. The beds are incredibly comfortable. The neighborhood the townhouse is located is beautiful. We didnt have time to enjoy them but it has lots of amenities. Highly recommend.

Perfect For Disney or Just A Getaway!!

What a marvelous place this was!! Beds and linen were extremely comfortable, towels were plentiful (including pool towels - which are not needed at the water park, which is fantastic!), and game room was fun for the kids. Check in (door code) and out we’re easy. SmartTV has access to the major streaming svcs, though only signed in to Disney+ (wish MLB.tv was avail, but needed Samsung acct) and WiFi was relatively fast and consistent. Decor was very nice, though we moved stuff off the tv shelf out of the reach of our two younger kids (which could be a con). Other cons were no chip clips (lol) and no kid-friendly plate and glassware options, where there’s lots aimed at kids. Those complaining about distance from Disney - worst day was Monday to Magic Kingdom at 20+ min, but times to Animal and Hollywood were 15-17 min ea. The condo is on the edge of this monstrous Reunion Resorts property, so easy in and out. Gas station very close, multiple options for Publix and CVS (Osceola Polk Line Rd is closest). For our family of 4 boys ages 3.5, 5, 10, & 18, my wife and me; this was way better than staying on Disney proper. My last con was during our initial booking process Jeeves being unwilling to grant us an addl week to get a blessing from our foster judge to travel on our 100% refund window, so we ended up canceling our initial reservation and rebooking three weeks later. No harm, but frustrating. Regardless. Book it, if avail for your stay!
