Das Apartment liegt in einer gepflegten Ferienanlage mit ausreichend Parkmöglichkeiten. Die Einrichtung ist in die Jahre gekommen und teilweise defekt. Leider war das Apartment bei unserer Ankunft sehr schmutzig. Wir hatten den Eindruck, dass das Apartment nicht gereinigt wurde. Das Housekeeping war per Mail erreichbar und hat sich auch darum gekümmert, dass am nächsten Tag das Apartment gereinigt wird. Die Poolanlage / das Clubhaus sind fußläufig in ca. 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Hier ist alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Parks sind von dieser Lage aus sehr gut zu erreichen.

Excellent unit Excellent property Definitely return

Can't say enough positive things about this property. Clean, quiet, convenient, upgraded amenities, beautiful decor, perfect for families. Gated community is a Plus! Pool area and lazy river are an added bonus to the quieter pool located close to this unit. Fun atmosphere with music and something for all ages (waterslides, heated pool, hot tub, splash pad for kids, lazy river, basketball, volleyball) Very easy to communicate through the app with the owners. Located a short drive to all things popular- Disney parks, Universal, Walmart, outlets, restaurants. Will definitely be a returning traveler. -Don't throw away your unused items when you leave - ask at the security gate if they would like them - food, toiletries, sunscreen, beverages etc Thank you for such a great vacation.

Great stay!

Had a great time and the property was beautiful! We would definitely love to use it again! The only issue we had was the hot water - we would turn a shower on and wait almost 5 minutes to come up to temperature. Felt like a waste of water but once it got hot there weren't any issues.

Nice Condo - But had a strong Smell

The property was super nice, and I would have given this condo 5 stars if it hadn't been for the very strong marijuana smell that was apparent when we opened the front door. The condo was clean, but you could tell who ever stayed there right before us was definitely smoking. We ended up airing out the condo the entire time we stayed. We did notify the property management company so that they didn't think it was us that stunk up the place. They were every responsive.

wonderful place

The condo was exactly as advertised. It was very clean and neat and the kitchen was fully stocked with cookware/utensils. The beds were also very comfortable. Working with the management company was very easy and communications were great.

Short landing

We went to Disney for one day and stayed at this unit for 2 nights and it was a great short stay welcomed retreat. Very nice condo and responsive agency. Would stay again. Pool was great for our grandson.

Nice place but getting issues resolved was not great.

The place was beautiful and spacious for our family of 6 to enjoy. Smaller pool area was nice as was the larger pool area. We did notice issues with the property early on and attempted to contact management. Answering the phone was not an issue, it was the follow through with our requests that fell short. It took days to get an electrical safety issue resolved along with the only bedroom light not working. I had to call daily to have my garbage picked up…then after 5th fifth day, the people that were cleaning other rooms told me I was supposed to do something different with the trash than what the digital concierge said. We had no hot water in the kitchen for the first 4 days and the dishwasher took over 4 hours to complete a normal cycle. I would give it a higher rating but in some of the other reviews I read they responded to others that they should have contacted management and it would have been fixed. Well, I did and it definitely wasn’t a great experience.

Beautiful home

This place looks exactly as pictured. My little ones and i were comfortable in our beds, didn't want to leave. Easy check out, loved the convenience of adding more hours to my last day of i needed. Great appliances, everything i needed was in the kitchen. Can't say enough. Hope to be back soon.

We stayed for 4 nights April 11-15, 2023. The condo was nice and clean but was missing a few things. When we arrived there were no kitchen towels or wash rags. Reading the digital concierge it stated there should be one wash rag per bathroom. Seems like it should be one per guest. Also the coffee pot was missing from the coffee machine. Or course we didn’t notice this till the next morning when we went to make coffee. That did not make for a good morning for some of us. I ended up having to go out for coffee. It took the management a while to get back to me about getting a pot. When we finally did get a pot it was the wrong size. Another morning of no coffee. Finally they sent us a new coffee maker so we had coffee for 2 mornings. The complex had 2 areas with pools. The one close to the condo had a nice heated pool and was never very busy. The bigger pool is under a 10 minute walk from the condo. The lazy river, water slides and splash pad were not heated and were very cold during our stay. My 2 year old wouldn’t go into the splash pad at all bc it was too cold. The main pool was very nice and so was to hot tub although they do get busy. Also they check bags when you sign in and don’t let you bring food or drinks in. One of the gates to get into the complex was broke from someone running into with their car so anyone could come into the complex currently. I’m assuming they will fix it at some point. Overall it was a nice place to stay and once the few issues with the condo were fixed we had no issues with it.

A nice condo

Despite being VRBO, this isn't exactly completely private, but it is an isolated condo with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The pictures match what the property looks like. It wasn't 100% clean (underneath the furniture was some noticeable dirt) but overall was very nice. The amenities were very nice as well. Would recommend to anyone looking to stay in Florida for a nice time away.

Wonderful family trip to Disney, perfect location, so convenient!

This lovely condo, so close to the Disney entrance, had everything we could need for traveling with a toddler! Everything was clearly new and clean and well kept, with a nicely stocked kitchen for utensils and such, and the condo feels roomy and comfortable! It was lovely to sit out on the balcony and enjoy a cup of coffee before heading out to the park! We didn't have time to go over to the community pool and amenities but they look fantastic and wonderful for families! Thank you so much, we'd love to come back sometime!

Clean, easy to get to

Everything was neat and clean. Easy to access. Slight odor noted, paint maybe? Saw a few ants the second day, so be sure to keep your crumbs cleaned up quickly. There was some confusion about what to do with the trash since there were no benches, as mentioned in the instructions, so we put it down the trash shoot near the elevator?

Love our stay at Storey lake resort

Clean convient close to stores and Restaurants The only thing I do not like was being on the third floor We had a lot of bags and we were constantly in and out. Next time I will specify I want to be on the first floor

Nice place, needs some touch ups. Could be cleaner. The floors were sticky and our feet were black on the bottom, had to keep sandals to keep feet clean.

Very pleased with the property by the condo could have used a better cleaning.

We cleaned all surfaces and showers with sanitizers as they were dirty. We swept the floors but they could use a good mopping. There were some cobwebs we removed and spiders were present. It was t horrible but they need to hire a better cleaner.
