Wonderful spot for three generations to enjoy a week together. Pool was a big hit, as was the home theater. Eight bedrooms and five bathrooms really made it comfortable for all 14 of us. Pack and play, high chair and stroller in good repair and very clean. Well equipped kitchen , indoor/outdoor dining, less 2 miles to grocery and daily trash pickup. Good restaurants nearby for takeout or dining in. Beds very comfortable, ample towels and beach towels. Excellent communication and super fast response from host when a question did arise.

Perfect house for 7 adults on a golf trip. House was spacious, and everyone had their own room. Our only issue was we could not get the pool or spa to heat up, even though we paid the extra charge to have them heated. Didnt ruin our trip, but would have liked it if we had a "hot" tub

We stayed a week for a Disney family vacation. Everything went great. No issues with checking in. The property had everything we needed. It is beginning to show some wear and age; however, overall it is as shown on VRBO photos. Kids rooms with murals are great. Our grandchildren loved them. Only had to contact Julian a few times and he was prompt on responding. Definitely recommend this property for large families.

This property was fantastic for our size group and our needs. We were in Florida for my sister's Celebration of Life and her burial at Cape Canaveral cemetery. We had lots of comings and goings and this property had plenty of beds for everyone and wonderful gathering spaces. Julian was phenomenal and very responsive to everything we needed. One thing that was a little tricky - there are multiple entrance gates but only one gather with an actual Guard who can give you a parking pass. Good news, there is a bar code that you can provide to your family in the event they don't have / lost the parking pass. Definitely look at Julian's check in instructions for the right location of the Guard shack. One other thing - we had folks who traveled by car and there were ample parking spots just across the street from the house. I highly recommend this property and would absolutely stay there again.

We totally enjoyed our stay at the spacious, extremely clean and well equipped house in Champions Gate. Our host , Julian, was very helpful and immediately responded to our questions and addressed some needs we had. The kitchen was adequately equipped, even for a Thanksgiving Dinner for 14 people. I can warmly recommend the house for a family gathering or a group of friends with kids.

The house and pool was great. It's very clean and spacious. The host is amazing and not hard to reach if needed. I rated the location with a 3 because of the HOA rules. We had three cars and got a warning ticket for parking on the sidewalk. We solved the problem by parking across the street. The gate entrance is horrible. They need a better entry plan for guest and security. I probably wouldn't stay at another Champion Gate for a huge event. Other than that, the stay was remarkable. I highly recommend this house for a huge family.

My expectations of the property were pretty high based on the pictures. I was blown away by the size and the cleanliness of the house. There were a total of 7 bedrooms. 4 of them had king size beds and the other three had multiple beds. The master bedroom was spacious with a big walk in tube there were a total of 5 bathrooms. My family felt safe and comfortable. The home is in a gated community surrounds by a well kept golf course. Security at the gate was nice and welcoming. The owner of the property promptly addressed one small concern I had. He is responsive to the needs of the renter. If I visit Disney again I will look to see if he is still renting out this home.

My family and i live in Georgia where our home was damaged from Helene. We needed a place for our family of 7 people and this place was amazing and everything we could have needed. Julian the host was so gracious when we needed to extend our stay multiple times because of the damage being repaired on our home. This place was great and if you have a big family, we highly recommend it.
