The condo needs a refresh and deep clean. Walls need paint as you head upstairs and carpet doesn’t look or feel clean. I am assuming the condo gets a lot of use and it looks like it needs some extra attention and TLC. The living room furniture also could use some extra cleaning. We didn’t receive any dish cloth or scrubber for doing dishes and wiping off the counters. They did however include 2 kitchen towels. The bed sheets did not feel or look clean and we were asked to strip our own sheets at the end of our stay even though they have a strict check out time of 10:00am. The master bedroom didn’t have a mattress protector on and we could feel the mattress pilling through the sheets, but the other bedroom did have a mattress cover. We spent 4 nights and received the same amount of coffee, dish soap and dishwasher detergent as someone who would have stayed 1 night, so obviously it would have been nice to have more. In the master bedroom we received 2 traditional hotel bottles of shampoo, but no conditioner, no body wash and no lotion or Kleenex. Each bathroom did have 2 rolls of toilet paper so that was nice. The lower level tile floor needed mopping as we didn’t walk in the house with our shoes on, but our socks and feet got dirty as we just walked through the condo on what should’ve been mopped floors. Overall, it was an OK place to stay, our favorite part was the large patio and the pool. There are little tings that could be improved to make it more of a 5 star stay.
