Unfortunately, our stay did not meet expectations.Upon arrival, several basic supplies were missing or insufficient, including dish soap, trash liners, laundry detergent, and toilet paper. We also encountered cleanliness issues — stained sheets and pillowcases, sticky residue on multiple dressers, and multiple stains on the couch.The pool and hot tub were advertised amenities but were not warm, making them unusable, especially given the cold outdoor temperatures.While the host did eventually deliver some supplies (toilet paper and soaps) and improved the indoor temperature, several issues were never resolved, including the pool/hot tub temperature, replacement bedding, and addressing the cleanliness concerns. Members of our group ultimately had to purchase cleaning supplies and trash bags ourselves to make the space usable.Overall, the property required attention to cleanliness, proper stocking of essentials, and ensuring advertised amenities are functional prior to guest arrival. With improvements in these areas, this could be a much better experience.
