Nice home with roaches! Stay AWAY!
We stayed in this big home for my husband's birthday, our family came from abroad countries & states in USA. The home was nice & comfy but AC unit in 1st floor wasn't cooling, it was in 76 all the time so it felt hot, specially to sleep, also since we got there roaches started to show up; in the hall, near kitchen, in master bath downstairs, in one of the baths upstairs everyday they appeared in the shower, in the stairs from the first floor to the second, in the huge bedroom downstairs...to tell you the truth they were more than 10 roaches, an infestation everyday; Some items like shower curtain was very dirty and mop. We got in a Friday and they left a replacement on Tuesday before we left. We continued complaining regarding the roaches but they never offered to move us to another home. Some of the people of the group had to leave cause of this and others moved to a hotel. They never sent a technician for the AC, so it never cooled. And we had a very bad experience with the roaches, very disgusting to be surprised all day and night by them. After we left we advise that a clear bag with credit cards and cash was left under the mattress of one of the beds hidden as I forgot it, and they said it was not there. We have traveled and stayed over the years in different vacational homes, but this time until this day the management company hasn't offered a credit or refund, its almost a month, and still nothing, and we contacted vrbo and they didint ressolve it. Unaceptable! Dont GO
