Pros: Big house. Plenty of bathroom space. Great location. Good parking. Nice pool.Cons: cosmetic issues like loose doors handle, old utensils and cookware. Takes a few days for maintenance for fixes around the place. Had a great stay. Wished essentials were provided for a 1 week stay such as good dish soap, laundry detergent, basic salt and pepper, more towels and oil for cooking. When big families travel from out of state its hard to buy these things then have to trash it because of traveling.Overall would book again.

Nice home with a great location

House was overall great, house was mostly clean (carpet was clearly worn and had stains). Some room descriptions were not accurate (listing stated 3 twins, and there was only a full bed etc). House had minor cosmetic issues (hole in call behind front door, a few outlets that didn’t work, drawers that didn’t work properly, and a few stairs that were cracked or broken). Location was wonderful - close to Disney and Universal. Plenty of shopping and dining near by. Very easy check in and out. Only ran into one issue - there was trash in the front yard when we checked in - thought a bag must of broken or something similar. That night we saw raccoons getting into the trash bin. The next day we woke up to the trash bin completely torn apart and trash all over. I emailed the property and was told the issue would be taken care of. It never was, trash bin was not usable for the entire stay.
