Bedrooms are much smaller than portrayed online. Definitely needed a deep cleaning. Baseboards and carpet were very dirty. Hair was found in shower, on towels, and bedding upon arrival. Would not stay again

The place was as described. We found a couple of issues and contacted the property manager, they responded quickly even after hours. 10 out of 10 would recommend and stay again.

Excelent condo

Excelent experience with the property and the manager. The condo is exactly as it looks in pictures and description. Super comfortable with big spaces, really well equiped, great location just 15 minutes to all Disney parks, clean and tidy inside. All what I expected.The manager was also extremely helpful with everithing I needed and the rental process was super easy. The only thing I think coul be better is cleanliness of certain things in external places of the property like main entrance door or external windows frames and balcony roof but everithing else was perfect. Definitely recommended.

This was the perfect location. The issue was the door code provided did not work upon arrival. I spoke with an agent and a new code was provided, Property was very clean however there was a pet order.

SAVE YOURSELF

This property is described as “amazing” and “brand new”— it is very far from that. Upon arrival it was very clear this APARTMENT complex was not brand new. The exterior is unkept and the elevator is rusting. We looked up the age of the address and it is years old. We couldn’t get into the property and had to have them reset the door code. The interior of the home was also unkept. Bugs and cobwebs in the corners, the floors were filthy (I ended up mopping them), there were dirty dishes in the dishwasher so it smelt horrible, the area rug in the living room was soiled and also smelt, the TV was about to fall off the wall, the screws for the bunkbed were coming out, and more. I contacted the company and they thanked me for the feedback and said “ This is due to the high frequency of visits and the wear that comes with it.” Cleanliness has nothing to do with wear and tear and they failed to address the fact they are referring to this property as “brand new”.

Spacious and Comfortable

The beds were very comfortable. The large couch was nice. Could have used a little better cleaning. Just alot of hairs on the floors, bathrooms, and on one of the bunk beds upon arrival. Had to wash my daughters sheets due to so many hairs. The waterpark amenities were excellent.

Pleasant stay

Stay overall was great. Minor cleanliness issues but nothing major. No kitchen rag, only one big cup. Two sets of empty salt and pepper shakers. Make sure you read the amenities list carefully before booking.

Clean and Quiet

This place was clean and comfortable and pretty spacious. It was set so beautifully. My only negatives would be that a dish rag would be nice. We ended up having to use a washcloth from the bathroom. And the laundry closet could use a good vacuuming of the lint. If you are allergic to down at all, the pillows on the sofa are down filled and do loose feathers. 🙃 The building and grounds are well kept. Trash cans would be nice sporadically placed around the grounds. My daughter loved feeding the ducks and the water park. All in all we would definitely stay here again.

Would be nice to have toilet paper and not have to purchase it while on vacation. Also fan in master bedroom is not working. The sectional couch smelled like wet dog but appeared clean. Need a bedside table in spare bedroom to put your things on. Overall a nice place. I would stay again.

Beautiful place but needs attention

You have a very beautiful unit but it is already showing wear because maintenance and cleaning aren’t being maintained. The blinds are missing on the patio door, pillows on couch are ripped and shedding, stains on ALL the bedding on both beds. towels were in the dryer when we arrived never found them til we left. Yet I still marked you high because I think you have everything else right. Good luck
