The house itself met our needs. It needs some deep cleaning, specifically the chandelier. The towel options were low and of poor quality. We also had no internet, which was a problem since we had work that needed to be completed. The manager insisted that there was a local outage, but that was not true. I did not appreciate getting told I was wrong and that they were handling it. When the worker arrived the next day, he said no outage, this system is thrown together and wired the cheapest way it could be. That is why the internet was not working; it had nothing to do with a local outage. Which I knew this since I was able to walk two blocks down the street and use the business center by the pool, which worked fine. We were also not called when the company came to work on it. It just happened to be when my husband walked back to the place we found the worker inside the place. The managemen company told us they would call us to let us know when they were arriving, which they did not. So when dealing with these management companies, they try to get away with the bare minimum for cost. That was evident in this place. If you are in need of this place and heading to Disney everyday its great. If you needed to use the place for work and play not a good option. Better to rent from someone who actually owns it, not a management company. Finally, when communicating with the management company, they were delayed in response I asked about garbage removal, andI already left the property.
