Easy access, wasnt too far from the Universal parks. Lots of places to eat or shope pretty close. I would stay there again.

Very nice accommodations. Description of kitchen equipment and supplies accurate. Pool smallbut nice. Waterpark was a little crowded, however it was a Saturday.

House sleeps 10, there were 4 pitiful pool towels……1st floor bath towel bar fell off as soon as we used, washer leaked water all over floor, also set to cold water and washed in hot, unexceptable. Air conditioning went out, the maintenance did come fix, took all night the get the place cooled down. We were miserable. Airconditioning closet full of mold………….

Good space for family of 10

The 5 bedrooms layout was good. The living space was good. Condition of unit, based on cost of unit, is VERY questionable. Made a list of numerous issues that I sent directly to owner.Also experienced a lot of neighborly noise and traffic 11-12 pm. All in all, family did have a good time.

Cozy stay

The rental is near the main gate. This is not my first time staying in a Storey Lake rental and I'm lucky to have met great hosts. There were some small matters that I already reported to the host during my stay. The host was quick in responding. Overall a great stay with a cozy & chill vibe.

This is the best place we have stayed at. Been at the same resort for 8 years. Garbage was to be picked up daily but only had service once in the 6 nights we stayed. Feel security not like it used to be. Possible shooting yesterday on our street, just a block away. Per neighbor he heard gun shots, multiple police, ambulances and fire trucks, saw a child be carried to ambulance. We were awakened at midnight by the police asking if we were ok, we were all sleeping soundly for over an hour. They were checking on people.

Great stay!

Had a small issue with the pool heating and some of the walls were dirty, but otherwise we had an excellent stay. Rooms were spacious and clean, great location, and great communication from the owner

Sport Weekend Stay

Our group was in the area for a sporting event. We loved the location of this house and it was an affordable stay for our group. We did experience some hot water issues but they sent a maintenance person the next day to make some adjustments and then it was fine. The kids on the trip enjoyed the waterpark on the days it wasn’t open to the public. Overall it was a great stay and we would stay there again.

Comfortable and clean property

Theme Park get away

Wonderful townhouse in easy location

We truly enjoyed our stay and only wish we had more time there. The only negatives were that the gate closest to our place was broken so no one could enter it without waiting for someone else to exit which was a huge pain. We were also disappointed to find the mini golf at the club house is not included so you have to pay extra for that. The location is perfect for Disney World and Universal Studios!

Great Location

Location was perfect, home had wear and tear but overall okay, communication with the management company was lacking (no responses to three emails). Plenty of room for 2 families and quick access to food/shopping as well as parks.

Nice location, good for large group

My family which consists of seven people stayed here for a few days over spring break. It gave us great proximity to the parks the facility has a wonderful pool area with lazy river, beach volleyball and basketball court. It also had a workout room. The pool was small, but it was very nice and clean and well-maintained. The bedrooms were good size plenty of bathrooms for a group are size. The kitchen has the essentials, enough to get by for a few days. Overall, we like this property for its location and amenities.
