There are many positive aspects of this home. Unfortunately, there are just as many negative as well. Parking is an absolute nightmare. This is a rental community with limited parking. During our stay, there were cars parked everywhere. The water park stayed full the whole time. Unless you are there when it opens, you’ll miss out. The air in the bedroom downstairs does not work well. Make sure you have a fan. Constant partying and music until late at night. The host gave me a number to call to report it. Voicemail stays full and no one returns calls or texts to it. It’s super unfortunate. In fact, this is the first adversary review I’ve ever posted. After taking to the host and getting little empathy or support of all the issues, seems to be no choice. Do yourself a favor and for the cost, stay somewhere else with young kids unless you do not want to utilize the amenities and are open to the partying each night. The home was clean and smelled amazing. Everything was in working order and the beds were comfortable. This might be the place for you without little ones.
