Our host was very accommodating and helpful. We hosted an event, wedding. Everything was clean and ready to go when we got there . The house itself had a large gathering area and patio around the pool made an excellent seating area. Matthew was very good with questions and helpful with all he could control. So very grateful to him for his quick responses.

Host was awesome. Responses to questions were done in a timely matter. Host does inform there are the minimum necessities at the location. i.e. toilet paper, paper towels etc. and did provide extra towels for the pool. Recommend constant communication if needed with the host since that was one of the A part of the stay.

We had a great stay! The home was clean, spacious, and exactly as described. Check-in was smooth, the instructions were clear, and the host was very responsive whenever we had questions. The location was convenient and the neighborhood was quiet, which made it easy to relax and enjoy our time. Everything we needed was provided, and the house was well-maintained. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, hassle-free stay.

I had the pleasure of staying at this home to celebrate my in-laws 87th and 90th bdays. The number of bedrooms accommodated all 30 of our family members without feeling that we were on top of one another. The home was very clean and the check in and check out process was a breeze! I’d gladly book again.

0/0 . I was definitely fooled by the high rating and no complaints. The house could be a nice house, but unfortunately you are greeted with stained and marked walls. The sectional is stained from one side of the sectional to the other. Sheets and mattresses were stained. When you open the refrigerator, multiple roaches crawled from the bottom of the fridge. One of the door knobs in the bathroom was broken. Bugs were crawling in the shower, missing blinds, and leftover weed blunts in the windowsill. We literally had to go out and re-clean and buy bug spray for the house. This was by far the worse experience EVER and the owner was making sure to get all of their money for this stay. There was no remorse or anything done to rectify the issue. I still had to pay in full for the stay when I endured all of this.

The property was great! Communication with the host was great! The Community was a very nice community, however there is a towing company called Tow Orlando that does predatory towing. They pulled my brother's picj-up truck onto the grass, took a picture of it and proceeded to tow my it away. We stopped them from taking it away, but still had to pay the 175.00! This incident happened to more than just us! This is illegal and should be shut down! We had been at the location for two days the truck had been in the same location, they target the minority familes and harass them! They need to be stopped! Other than the unnecessary incident with the tow company, we enjoyed our stay. We'd love to book again with this community, but will not be harrassed by this predatory tow company! They make you pay in cash, which is sketchy!!

Family Vacation

We stayed for our family vacation and it was a great stay. The house was big enough to accommodate our extra large group of 34 and it never felt overwhelming crowded. The kids loved the pool and the adults loved that each bedroom was spacious and came with its own bathroom. The location to Disney World and Universal was awesome. The communication with the owners was great.

Golf outing

16 retired golfers meet in Orlando twice a year; house is fabulous with 15 bath/bedrooms. Host was phenomenal throughtout our planning for the trip and throughout our stay! We will be back in October!

Golf trip 2025

We have done a golf trip to Orlando every January for the past 10 years with anywhere from 14 to 16 golfers, so we have rented several of these large homes. This was one of the better one that we have rented and the host Matthew was one of the best that we have ever had. Would recommend his property highly.

Family Trip

The house was very nice inside. The neighborhood was littered with trash. When we arrived trash from the previous tenant was on the curb. The trash was not picked up for several days. The birds opened the bags and trash was everywhere. Many houses in the development had the same issue. My messages to have trash removed were answered stating it would be picked up but was not. Quite frustrating.

What an amazing place for a family getaway

We had a wonderful family vacation at this beautiful house. There were 13 of us, six adults and seven kids (aged 9-15). The location was conveniently close to shopping and Disney but in a very quiet area of Kissimmee. The kids were amazed that they each had their own large bedroom - most with a king bed (all very comfortable) - and bathroom. The heated hot tub and pool were used for hours every day. There was a nice gym and lovely large pool available for our use in the community as well. The kitchen was great, with two fridges and two dishwashers, a huge island for food preparation, and tons of glassware, cutlery and dishes. We could eat as a family at the table that seats up to 16, or people could opt to sit at the island or breakfast bar. The house is designed so we could have quiet and privacy if we wanted or we could enjoy the large sitting area if we wanted to be together. The place was clean and well-supplied with bathroom towels. There were also about six towels designated as beach towels. Just a note, the "starter packs" of soap and shampoo are a hotel sized tube of each in each bathroom. We did have a few minor glitches but when we contacted Matthew via the VRBO site we received a reply within 10-15 minutes and our problem was taken care of immediately and satisfactorily. Overall, we loved our time at the VRBO, we were very comfortable and we all had a relaxing and enjoyable time. 5 stars for sure.

Great Stay!

We really enjoyed our stay. The home is so spacious and the kitchen was great for our meals. There are plenty of bedrooms and a huge couch and kitchen table. This was perfect for our Friendsgiving!
