Great property. Modern and clean. The rooms are cute and the property has a perfect area for group dinners or hangouts. The pool was clean. We opted for early check in, which was great! There was coffee, dishwasher pods, laundry pods, etc. The rules were reasonable They used a different app for the check-in process and it was phenomenal. The support was quick and prompt. We had two problems during our stay and the host could not fix it: 1) the games in the game room shut down the first day and no one could correctly tell us how to fix it, which was a huge disappointment to the kids. 2) the listing said 5 cars but the gate guard said the rules were now 4. When we asked the host to fix it they literally sent a text that said “not our fault”. But if the listing said 5 cars, that’s what we should have received. They offered to pay for parking but we were able to park at a Publix up the road. We had to shuffle people and gate cards. It was a huge inconvenience and the host didn’t even try to make it right they just kept blaming the guardhouse, who threatened us multiple times to tow our cars and was rude. It made for an uncomfortable stay. Overall we would book it again, but be aware that 1) the host is unable (or unwilling) to respond in-person to any problems you may have. 2) parking can be a nightmare and the property listing may contain inaccuracies that the host may will not take responsibility for. Their own app is phenomenal and support is friendly.

Everything in the house was great- the management company was great- BUT the living room and dining table area was dimly lit and negatively impacted our time there. The sun would blaze in for 2 hours a day where it was hard to see too. Otherwise the beds were comfortable and everything in the game room was in good condition. Pool well maintained.

The house was equipped for a multi-generational family. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans. I had asked about heating the pool and that had been turned on before our arrival. Getting into the house after 4:00 went smoothly. The kids really enjoyed the games in the garage. We appreciated the shampoo and conditioner in the showers. This house is maintained well.

The house was clean upon arrival. Bedrooms were prepared and clean. All appliances worked. No issues with sinks, toilets, or showers. Pool was clean and heated. Host was in constant contact before and during stay. Bonus* the house had some utensils that came in handy. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans and essentials. Minor improvement would be to get a bigger billiard table.

Didn't realize the hot tub wasn't going to be hot. The nights were cool enough that it didn't warm up.Also, the AC not being able to be below 70 made it stuffy after a hot day.The grill burners need to be replaced. We would have liked to grill more, but it was so bad that it wasn't worth the effort.Not a bad location, but a little further out from Disney than I thought it would be. Only park that is less than 20 mins as advertised is Animal Kingdom, and that's 18 mins at a non-peak hour. Traffic was far more than expected for the area especially with a four lane stop sign on Westside until you get to 192 and Funie Steed is two lane. We took Westside to 192 each day, as the right lane would back up with the 4 way stop.Overall, great house for the price. Clean and gated community is nice. Worth it for large groups with all the bedrooms and bathrooms, large kitchen and family room, and the game room is awesome!

Exceptional home. Perfect for the 12 of us adventuring to Disney as a family. We are a cooking family and the open floor plan kitchen was great and very well stocked. The game room was put to use along with all other amenities. Peaceful coffee outside in the screened patio was a big plus for me. Would definitely occupy this exact home again.

The property was nice and clean, but lack in some areas such as bathrooms did not have anywhere to hang towels. One of the upstairs bathroom tub/shower sounded as if the floor beneath did not have any support so as your move the shower make all kinds of noise. There was no iron board, but an iron was provided. The freezer would not keep anything frozen just cold enough not to spoil. The ice maker only produced about 10 cubes a day. Overall my family was happy with this home and the location.

Perfect Home for a Short Getaway!

We rented this house for three days and absolutely loved it! The place is cozy, spotless, and exactly as described. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay — from comfy beds to a fully equipped kitchen. We especially appreciated the peace and quiet, as well as the welcoming atmosphere. A great spot to relax with family or friends. Huge thanks to the hosts for their hospitality — we’ll definitely be back!

For the win!!

We had a group of 11 people made up of family and friends that stayed in this home while we were in Florida for the week. Plenty of good sized Bedrooms, bathrooms were spacious everything was really clean! We really appreciated the amount of light that was in the home. Shared family spaces were amazing, set up to be super functional, and everybody appreciated that we were looking out onto the lake, not staring into the back of someone else's yard!! Although there was a neighbor to the left end to the right, those residences were not rented out all of the same nights that we were there, so there was plenty of privacy!! We got to see a gator and a lot of wildlife in the lake. There was a game room that had fun for all ages, it was great to see the family interacting together late at night and on a rainy afternoon! The patio by the pool was perfect for playing cribbage and card games as well. We had a really great time and would definitely rent this house again! Community area with lazy River was nice as well!

Wonderful Stay!

Had a great time celebrating my daughter’s bday here. My husband and I took 6 teenagers. They would go to the parks and we would stay and play in the game room for hours or relax out by the pool. The house is huge and everyone had their own room. We had ours downstairs away from them which was great. Everything was clean and organized. Kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to cook. Check in and out was easy. Neighborhood was nice and quiet.

This is how you run a vacation rental

My wife and I stay at vacation rental properties about twice a year in Orlando to visit the parks. Been doing it for many years. By far this is one of our favorites. In order to have a nice stay, you really need two things: (1) an owner who is willing to spend the required money on upkeep and (2) a good property manager. Happy to report this home has both! Everything was exactly as pictured. Everything in the arcade worked. The pool was very clean and well maintained. The house was clean and well stocked. When we had a problem with the spa, they sent someone there within a couple of hours to address. Manager was easy to get a hold of. They don't give you a list of chores to do at check out. Will be staying here again. This is how you do it people! Most of the properties we've stayed in are run by cheap owners who neglect everything and are just trying to maximize their profit. They use cheap management companies that are difficult to deal with. Everything is cheap, right down to giving you almost no toilet paper or trash bags. You won't have to worry about any of that here. Thanks Overmoon for making our stay wonderful!
