"The studio was clean and nicely laid out. Had everything we needed for a quick 1 night stay before a flight in the early morning. Would definitely stay again when in the area for 1 night or multiple days."

"This is a lovely property in a quiet area. The hosts, Carl and Linda, are very guest focused and took care of all my needs. The kitchen should be supplied with paper napkins. Website needs to be updated as they no longer have a Keurig. The Nespresso was wonderful. The wifi worked great. Access to parking is a bit tricky, but through the host's help, we made it work. I enjoyed my stay. Thank you."

"This was our second stay at this comfy, cozy apartment. Convenient location within easy walking distance of downtown Ashland and theaters.It has a beautiful yard ( the loveliest and most unique water fountain) and secure parking off the street. Nice outdoor furniture for a relaxing morning coffee and after theater unwind. Definitely a must reservation for 2026. "
