Luxuriously comfortable & peaceful getaway downtown Ashland, with views.
- Considering the central location of this little gem, it is amazingly peaceful. There is a long driveway that takes you up to the cottage, nestled in trees, with a lovely view across the valley from the balcony, the deck, or the little fenced yard.
Being in downtown Ashland, it is across the street from the Cabaret Theater and a block from Lithia Park, three Oregon Shakespeare Theaters & the Green Show, the downtown movie theater, shops, restaurants, and a comprehensive hike & bike trail system. Southern Oregon University is also just a few blocks away with more art venues to enjoy. Ashland is nestled between 3 mountain ranges also, so there is plenty to explore, including the fruit orchards, lavender farms, and wineries in the valley. After skiing on Mt. Ashland, it is a great place to come back to relax with the fireplace and soaking tub.

The room was beyond our expectations. Very clean and beautifully remodeled. The host provided everything needed for our and our pet's stay. We would highly recommend this place.

The Carriage House was amazing! Better than anticipated. Super close to downtown, beautifully appointed, and priced really well! We only stayed one night while driving from California to northern Oregon but we wished we had planned our trip so we could have stayed longer. We will definitely be back. I highly recommend staying here.

This is a sweet, well provisioned place, close to downtown, with all the theatre within a couple blocks. My favorite part was finding a back trail into beautiful Lithia park. If you have pups, the owner is clearly a dog lover and has made it easy to bring them. Lots of sweet little outdoor spaces. Easy place to spend a weekend. Just right.

Absolutely amazing! Designed well, thoughtful accommodation left to use to make our stay feel at home, and be able to enjoy Ashland. A must stay overnight while your visiting this great town.

Lovely Place in Ashland
We loved staying at the carriage house! The place had everything we needed and the location made it walkable to all the fun things to do in Ashland.

This is the second time I’ve stayed here and I just LOVE it! You have everything needed for a relaxing break—the outside seating areas and the huge soaking tub make it extra special. Also so close to the downtown area and theater options.

This carriage house was fantastic! The finishes were beautiful the bed was very comfortable!It was a very dog friendly place with a doggy door dog bed and a safe yard .The kitchen was well equipped but the bathroom was like a five star hotel with a huge soaking tub and heated floors!We will be back!

Kathy is honestly the best host ever! This is our most favorite spot to stop on our way from Lake Oswego to La Quinta, twice a year. The room is so private and comfortable and we LOVE the bed bathtub...super cozy and quiet!

We would certainly stay at this carriage house again!Everything exceeded our expectations.It is beautifully designed and decorated as well as very comfortable. From the decks, we could admire the gardens around the house and enjoy the view in the distance.Thank you very much for a wonderful stay!

This house was perfectly dog friendly - fenced in area with dirt/grass areas & blankets/dog bed/towel for the inside. The location was close to everything we wanted to do in Ashland. Very luxurious bathroom, too, which was unexpected. Would definitely stay again.

Lovely carriage house
The property was better than described. We had a lovely view of the mountains to the East, and it was conveniently located; we could walk everywhere.

A winner!
My husband and I stayed 3 nights at the downtown cottage. Just steps from the OSF theaters and downtown shops/restaurants. The cottage was clean and has all you need to make your stay enjoyable. Morning coffee was even better with the view of the hills. This is our new favorite place to stay when in Ashland.

We absolutely loved this carriage house! It was very clean and comfortable, and had everything we needed. It has a convenient little kitchen, wonderful soaking tub (and shower). And having two balconies was an added bonus. The views were beautiful! The location was perfect. All theaters and restaurants downtown are within walking distance. We only used our car one time in three days to explore some hiking trails. Kathy is an excellent host, responds quickly, and is just a kind person. We felt good vibes here. We love Ashland and hope to stay here every time we visit in the future!

Perfect Spot
Nice and clean. Very quiet. A block or so from all of the most desirable restaurants and venues. Owner was very responsive to our few requests. Would definitely stay again.
