Excellent location, very clean and beautifully decorated. There was a snafu checking in but it was quickly figured out and we ended up being housed in the upstairs apartment rather than the one downstairs that we originally booked. The upstairs was much larger and quite lovely with a full kitchen and tons of natural light. I would highly recommend any of the spaces in this building. There is some road noise but it is certainly not terrible and easily ignored. Bring an eye mask for sleeping because with all of the wonderful skylights you are sure to be woken by the sun if you are sensitive. The location just can't be beat - within easy walking distance of everything. I will absolutely stay here again.

While there was some confusion about where exactly I would be staying because VRBO kept showing it as Oberon, when it had gotten moved upstairs to Helena, (and this was partly my fault because I didn't read the whole text from the host), the place was gorgeous. Wonderfully decorated, spacious, private, and once I parked my car I could walk everywhere. Helena is upstairs, a beautiful 1 bedroom with a skylight over the bed and a deck that looked out on the yard below. It was perfect and I will look to come back here next year.

This wonderful suite is perfectly located, close to restaurants, the OSF theaters and the Ashland Food Coop. I was worried about traffic noise but it was didn't notice any while I was staying here. It is the nicest place I've stayed in Ashland in the 20 years I have been making the annual pilgrimage to see plays. The decorations and furniture are really tasteful. It is perfect hideaway for a couple coming to Ashland for a restful week seeing plays and enjoying fine restaurants. The only downside is the small kitchenette. I would not recommend it for anyone wanting to do serious cooking.

A hidden oasis

This was our second stay at this comfy, cozy apartment. Convenient location within easy walking distance of downtown Ashland and theaters.It has a beautiful yard ( the loveliest and most unique water fountain) and secure parking off the street. Nice outdoor furniture for a relaxing morning coffee and after theater unwind. Definitely a must reservation for 2026.

Really Nice Apartment in Ashland!

This is a well cared for property, beautiful in and out. The apartment was perfect for me and my wife. It's a one bedroom with an extra bed in the living room. It was spotlessly clean and very functional. The back yard is delightful and a great place to sip your morning coffee. It is located perfectly, just a short walk to downtown Ashland and the theater. The manager is very responsive. We loved it and will definitely stay here again.

Ashland Road Trip

Comfy, beautifully decorated, just the right size for two. Especially loved the incredible yard. Great for relaxing. The home is close to everything. Walking distance to Lithia Park! We were lucky to experience 4th of July Parade. The town is very friendly. Fun shops, good food and drinks and wineries. Highly recommend this home. Thank you for your hospitality. We loved this rental. It was comfortable, very close to the Oregon Shakespeare Festival theatres and downtown. We just parked the car and walked everywhere. the bed was comfortable, the walk-in closet provided a lot of room, the kitchen was adequate for our needs, and we made use of the laundry in the basement. We wish we would have been able to stay there longer.

Absolutely Wonderful

The property was beautiful in every way. The restoration work, the art, plants and more created a calm and peaceful space with everything needed provided and a very comfortable bed!. The garden area was a respite space unto itself. Antea was responsive and easy. This was one of the best VRBO rentals I have had the privilege to experience.
