Great spot and location. Beach view was perfect with a large wraparound balcony with ample seating. Coastal next door makes it an added bonus.

Good location that needs some tlc

We love the location. This unit overall was good, but needs some things fixed. The shower knob in guest bathroom was broken when we arrived. Contacted Liquid Life, but it still had not been assigned to a maintenance technician the next afternoon. My husband bought knob and fixed it himself because shower was unusable. TV's in bedrooms had nothing you could watch unless you had a streaming service and living room only had a few channels that kept cutting off. Unit had plenty of closet space, but could use some storage for clothing in bedrooms. Refrigerator drawer was broken. The balcony was great! Overall condo was good for our family. I just think it could be better with a few things fixed.

Great Beach View

The main feature of this unit is the wrap around balcony beach front view. Three bedrooms, nicely appointed. Short drive to many good restaurants. About a mile from a Gulf State Park Trail head. Perfect walking trails.

Family time

The property was everything we look for in a family vacation! The location was excellent and beach was never crowded even for mid June. The condo was very well stocked in a every room even for those that prepare a lot of meals themselves. Someone even came by after our arrival to ask if we needed extra towels, linens, etc. I was texted throughout the week to assure we had everything we needed. Not one complaint for the week. We will definitely return again soon.

Happy place with amazing views

We stayed there for two weeks and it was great! We loved it! Easy drive to the property, easy access, a corner unit with big comer balcony and amazing view. Grocery stores were very close too - very convenient.

Great Orange Beach Vacation

We loved the location of the property. It was nice to not have big condo's on either side. It definitely meant less people on the beach near us. The property is so close to Publix and other stores, literally across the street. We loved being on the 7th floor. It was the perfect view. The condo was nice and had everything we needed. The carpet was worn but that didn't bother us at all. Everything was very clean. We loved the big balcony but the door was really hard to open, understandable because of the salt water wear and tear. All in all, we would stay here again on our next trip to the beach!

Great condo for the price

Location of condo was spectacular. Ease of getting in and out was wonderful. The pools were nice. The pots and pans were updated. The floor was a bit messy. We mopped it and it was messy 24hrs later so it could just be the floor. There were some minor maintenance issues but nothing terrible. Honestly I would stay here again everytime we come down if it is available.

Steps to the beach

This property was perfect for our family of 6. Mix of adults, teens & a 2 year old. It is incredibly close to the beach with super convient beach access. Beach was beautiful and not over crowded during our stay. Pot & pans were all updated & kitchen was functional. We had an issue with our fridge not cooling, but once management was notified, it was fixed within 2 hours of our request. Staff was very friendly & the public bathrooms were very very clean. Overall our condo itself could’ve been cleaner, but we enjoyed our time & experience nonetheless! Would stay again.

Weekend getaway

Place was spacious. Plenty of room for a group. Beach area wasn’t crowded since no buildings are adjacent to the property. Kitchen well stocked. Does need some maintenance to patio door seal and paint on walls. TV remotes were missing and main TV had trouble with no channels. Had to run a channel scan each time we tried to use it and even then all channels didn’t work. Each day we had different channels. Overall would stay again in this location.

Great time at Orange Beach

Excellent condo size & location

We loved the size of this condo for 4 adults & 1 child. We really enjoyed the big balcony. The location was perfect & not very crowded. We were very thankful for that coming out of quarantine. But the condo wasn’t very clean. Our feet were black the first evening we got there. Not sure the floors had been mopped. The carpet was stained. The comforters were from the 80’s & stained also. We cooked in for almost every meal & the kitchen supplies need much updating (skillets, pots & pans). Otherwise, if you aren’t too picky, it’s a great condo for a great price. However, I wouldn’t want to pay any more for it considering the needed updates.

Awesome, except this property uses keys rather than a keypad. Keys made check-in and check-out (and keeping track of the on the beach!) messy, but everything else was otherwise perfect!!!
