This property is amazing!! It is so spacious that our family of seven had plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen has everything you need including a crockpot to make beach days easy. The beach closet has everything you need to have a perfect day at the beach. The view is stunning. The host is so easy to communicate with and checks in to make sure all is well. We will return to 1401 on our next trip to Orange Beach.

We had a great week at this property! It was spacious, pretty and clean, and the furnishings were incredibly comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed and then some. The location was perfect for a group of friends on a beach week. Finally, the communication from the owner made move in and move out super simple. We would definitely stay here again!

First, Julie is a great hostess & communications are timely & professional. The condo is beautiful and everything you need is available. We enjoy cooking & was amazed at finding everything we needed, all quality!! The location is fabulous, the staff are friendly & helpful. The beds are very comfortable & loved the sound system. We will be back! Highly recommend the unit, you will not be disappointed!!!

Had a wonderful family vacation in this beautiful condo! Great communication, easy check in and everything was just as described. Condo was perfectly set up for a relaxed and comfortable stay. Had everything we needed and more. The extra icemaker and drink chiller were super helpful. The balcony was my favorite spot with comfy furniture and amazing views. Loved it all!

Just got back from a week stay in 1401. It was wonderful. It is just as described. Rooms are a good size. The furniture on the balcony is comfortable. The living room furniture is comfortable also. Nice big TV. I stayed in the master br and the bed was wonderful. We slept so good! The ones that stayed in the other rooms said their beds were comfortable also. The kitchen was fully stocked. Anything we needed was there. I loved having the ice maker to fill coolers to take to the beach. There was plenty of towels. Beautiful furnishings. The condo is in a good central location. It was a perfect vacation!

It was great to have an end unit with views on 3 sides of the building. As having a bathroom in every bedroom worked out great for the 5 of us. The furnishing inside were great. And the kitchen had the cooking utensils we needed to eat in every morning and a number of nights, except it didn’t have any things like spices, tin foil, cooking spray and just one roll of paper towels. The balcony was the best part. It was big and very deep with some great furniture. We spent a lot of time out there, just enjoying the view and the sound of the Gulf. The beach chairs were also very nice. Our daughter and granddaughter really liked them.

Our family had a wonderful week in this beautiful condo. My 6 year old granddaughter said “best vacation ever!”. This was our 2nd visit to Admiral’s Quarters and was even nicer than the last. The owners were great to work with and all went smoothly. Thanks and we’d recommend this condo to anyone.

This condo is huge. The decor is gorgeous. The kitchen has everything, including an awesome extra ice maker. The views from the balcony were incredible and made a gorgeous family photo backdrop! We would happily come back!

Our family of 8 had a fantastic time at this condo in June. We loved the well-stocked kitchen, spacious patio, and comfortable furniture. The location was perfect for us to get around OB. Parking was easy and plentiful, and there weren't unusually long waits for the elevators. Beach access was easy. The pool was a little on the small and quiet side compared to other properties, but was always clean and comfortable. The owners were responsive to our messages.

Our family had everything that we needed during our stay. The unit was clean and comfortable. Loved the Oceanside extra deep balcony and comfortable outdoor furniture. Has fun spending a lot of time at the beach, visiting the local zoo and the USS AL in Mobile.

This condo is gorgeous! It far exceeded the expectations we had. Julie was great to work with and allowed us into the condo early. We would definitely stay here again! The only thing to be aware of is that until February 2024, Admiral’s Quarters will only have one working elevator. The second elevator is being replaced. So, just be patient on days when many are checking in.

Finally got my family together for vacation! This condo was perfect! There was enough room for everyone in the living and dining room areas!
