"The view was what sold us on the property and it delivered. But being from out of the area, we had no idea that we were going to be staying above a noisy bar with live music going late into the evening that we could hear even with the windows closed. If you want a party scene, this is a great spot. But if you're looking for ocean-front relaxation, I'd go elsewhere.Also, just know that the bathroom leaves a bit to be desired. The shower curtain was moldy and the tub-to-shower switch didn't fully...

"The owners was easy enough to deal with and the location was great but the description is not accurate. There is no washer dryer and the fence is broken so no fences in yard. I would say the house was worn, a table leg fell out, the sprayer was broken, the bathtub needs to be caulked among other things. What bothered me most was there were locks on the outside of the bedroom doors so you could be locked into your room."

"The only big issue was that the VRBO listing gave us the wrong address. It sent us to Scarborough instead of Saco. Luckily we were familiar with the area and I knew that Saco was close to Old Orchard Beach, which was mentioned in the listing, so I did a google map search of the same address in Saco and it looked like the pictures. My elderly parents were relieved that we didn’t get scammed. Lol. The place was clean and large and easy to get on the highway. It’s 2 and a half baths, not 3 full...

"Nice place except the two sets of steep stairs were a pain...Although the steep stairs to the 3rd floor loft were disclosed you have to read the description very carefully to understand the remainder of the place was located on the upper level. The picture of the front entrance is misleading as you can't enter the unit from it. "
