This house was just as described and was awesome for a winter weekend with three families with small kids. The kitchen had everything we needed, there were more than enough bathrooms and play spaces, and it was easy to walk to the beach even in the snow. The adults loved hanging by the fireplace and watching the game upstairs, and the kids loved building forts in the bunkroom, playing with the toys, reading the books, and playing in the snowy yard. All parties loved the in-ground luxurious hot tub. Jason and Chris were super responsive to all questions and extremely easy to work with. Can't wait to come again!

Beautiful home, beautiful location!

I held my wedding reception at this spectacular location and I could not have had a better experience! Jason and his family were easy to connect with regarding any details. They also rent out another large house, smaller cottages and condos very nearby so it was convenient for accommodating many family members/guests. The house was cutely decorated with a beachy theme and well stocked with everything we needed for 5 days. The hot tub was clean and unexpectedly deep! The back yard is inviting and lovely. I would highly recommend this place!

Annual Weekend Getaway !

I believe this was our 4th year at this house and it’s always the best! Look forward to this weekend every year and Jason and Chris always make the process seamless. From check in to check out it’s smooth sailing. From our polar plunge to the hot tub we have the best time and will be back again !

GORGEOUS house

Nearly 20 adults stayed in this house over a rainy Maine weekend for a work retreat, and we had a spectacular time! The downstairs kitchen + dining room + living space was large enough for massive amounts of food and mingling about, and to play games after. The fire pit + hot tub were a huge hit, and there was more than enough space for every to sleep comfortably and then some. Its just moments to the beach or a quick walk into town. When I had low-stakes problems ("where are the extra garbage bags?"), the hosts were immediately responsive and helpful. Can't recommend staying here enough.

As large as this house was, it still had an intimate home-feeling atmosphere. It was clean, comfortable, and right on the beach. I recently visited with a bunch of friends and we couldn’t have been happier with the experience. There were nights that we canceled reservations just to stay in and enjoy the house. I fully recommend this property to anyone looking. It’s especially great for larger parties.

Beautiful home

We stayed for 3 days in November with our kids and another family. Kids ages range from 7-15. They used the hot tub a lot! We cooked a ton and enjoyed lounging by the fire. A great spot for a change of scenery! Clean and cozy and roomy!

We had such and amazing time during our stay. The house is absolutely AMAZING!!! It is very spacious, beautifully decorated and has everything that you need. Chris met us at the property and was great explaining everything to us. The hot tub was a huge hit! Being so close to the beach was also a bonus. We can’t wait to stay here again!

Family is everything

Very special trip for my family as my mom is 92 and my husband has stage 4 cancer. So we were so happy to stay in this beautiful home! Very spacious! Lovely decor. Even though it is a large house it was very cozy with different living areas. We never felt crowded.

Amazing Property!

I celebrated my 40th birthday with 11 of my closest friends and we couldn't have ben happier with this property! So much space to spread out and enjoy ourselves. We lucked out with a beautiful beach sunset, and some gorgeous sunrises. The hot tub and fire pit were wonderful ways to enjoy the outside and relax together. Fully stocked kitchen with more than enough plates and glasses, and even decorative platters to serve up delicious dishes. Highly recommend!!

Family Reunion

We re-created the vacations we took our children on when they were growing up so our grandchildren would have the same experience. Plenty of space for 10 people and accommodations were very comfortable. We didn't need to move our cars because the house is a few steps from the beach. Great relaxing week.
