Jason is a great contact, quick responses and very welcoming. The house a very well equipped and extremely clean. The entire open living room is filled with the most spectacular ocean view. This was our second year here and we’ll be back.

Jason was very helpful and responsive to inquiries both prior to booking and during our stay. The home is in a beautiful location and well maintained. Also lots of convenient extras like additional bedding for extra mattresses, lots of games, and well appointed kitchen. We stayed for a weekend in the winter and my only regret is not being able to enjoy more of the thoughtfully designed outdoor spaces! Even so, the design takes advantage of the wonderful views so that you can enjoy from almost anywhere in the home.

Immerse yourself in the Atlantic

If you are looking to immerse yourself in beautiful views of the Atlantic Ocean this could be the place for you. The views from the wide open living area and the primary suite are stunning to say the very least. Jason is great, responsive and most helpful. We used this for a family visit and the atmosphere here made the day for everyone. Ocean, beach and facility are hard to beat. We loved it.

Amazing Beach Getaway

Our family loved every minute spent at this property. Incredible views, steps to the beach, short walk to shops and restaurants, lots of parking. The family friendly house served our purposes very nicely. Very clean, well designed home. The whole experience exceeded our expectations.

Wonderful house and ocean views

We really enjoyed our stay at this home. Everything was very high end and the views from the living room/kitchen area and balcony were beautiful. Not too far from portland or other areas with restaurants, but the kind of house you don't really even want to leave!

Decompression week!

I stayed here Monday-Friday with a gal pal who also needed a change of scenery and time to de-stress from work. The house was just as pictured - directly on the beach with spectacular sunrises and lots of space to spread out. As the primary renter, I had the front bedroom with private deck and en-suite bathroom. She took the bedroom at the opposite end of the hall, also with en-suite bathroom. We never heard each other. The top floor was SO comfortable with huge sectional sofa and comfy fold-out chairs. Check-in was super easy, just a code to punch into the electronic lock. Jason was just a text message away if we needed anything (we didn’t). It was early April, so most things in OOB were not yet open. Places we discovered and loved - JJ’s (next to the tracks in OOB center), Blast From the Past Too diner (Route 1 in Scarborough), and Terra Cotta Italian Market (also on Route 1 in Scarborough). Nearby fantastic hikes - Cascade Falls (easy!) and Prout’s Neck Cliff Walk (moderate - some scrambling over large rocks and stony beaches). I would absolutely rent this home again, particularly off season for the solitude.

Nice respite on the beach in Maine

We stayed here the week between Christmas and NYE. The house was lovely. We walked on the beach daily. The beds were some of the most comfortable I have ever slept in at a rental home. Jason was easy to communicate with. I did not know much about the area before booking. The house is amazing but it seems somewhat out of place compared to the surrounding dwellings. It is obviously offseason so most things locally were closed, but Portland was an easy drive and we went to some really good restaurants there.

Perfect place to get away & celebrate

We traveled up from GA to celebrate my 50th birthday. There were three couples & one solo so, 7 adults total. The house & location was amazing! The room/bed set up was a little different than what was stated online but it accommodated our party still. The kitchen had everything you could think of or need-pots, utensils, plates etc. We enjoyed our time there and hoping to come back soon.

Perfect location for a Portland area visit in the Fall.

We used the property as a jumping off point to visit Portland and its surrounds. Located on the beachfront, this luxury property would rent for substantially more in the summer months. We elected to rent it for a visit to Portland in the late Fall. Great rental rates, great views of the ocean and only 30 minutes one way into Portland.. Worked perfectly.

An absolutely wonderful place for a family get together!

What an incredible and memorable place to stay for our two family trip! Thank you to Jason who made sure every question was answered very quickly, and that all the accommodations were beyond our expectations. Everything was there (towels, linens, coffee maker, grill with propane & backups, bathroom essentials including shampoos/conditioners!) All appliances were top of the line and working well. There were more than enough bedrooms, and since we'd rented both the main house as well as the adjoining apartment our adult children were able to have their own space as well. The elevator on the ground floor is a must for unloading and loading, since the main living/kitchen area is 3 flights up. You'll need to use this to get food & supplies in if you have a big sized group and staying for a while. The third floor is a very spacious living area with a well-equipped, gorgeous kitchen on the ocean side, and the pool table and bar area to the back side. In between is another balcony with a lounge area & gas grill. There are breathtaking views from this room and a spacious balcony overlooking the beautiful stretch of beach. Since we were there in mid June, the crowds were minimal and we go to walk in sunny 60 degree weather in the early am, layout and play in the high 70's, and just soak in the ocean air. The master bedroom (and all the bedrooms in the main house) are located on the 2nd floor. But if you rent the whole house there is a connector door on the 3rd floor which leads directly to the bedrooms on the apt side. This is great for anyone who stays up late, while the early sleepers can use the rooms on the 2nd floor. The master bedroom is under the main living area and has it's own balcony that opens out to the ocean - we stayed in this room and it was heaven! It's an easy walk to the pier and the many shops and restaurants (about 1/2 -3/4 mi). If you have extra guests visiting during the day, there is more than enough parking behind the house and under to fit many cars without "trapping" anyone in. Check out was easy, but because it's such a large place we had to be out by 10am which leaves everyone scurrying if you have a couple late risers like we did (so plan accordingly). I loved the pantry kitchen! It's a holding space with counter/cabinet storage of all your dry goods, paper goods, snacks, drinks... This was a real gem for our family/friend get together! We'll look forward to booking again next year!

Wonderful!!!

Excellent property! Very clean and easy to get to with ample parking. Everywhere you look were beautiful views of beach and ocean. Ocean facing balconies were perfect for sitting and enjoying morning coffee or a cocktail or two in the evening. Was very peaceful and quiet surroundings. Since it was during off season local dining was limited, but still available with a little bit of travel. Definitely would stay there again. The manager of the property very easy to contact and was very helpful! Thank you for our wonderful stay! Deb, Gary and family

STELLAR OCEAN FRONT HOME!

So where to start? Me and my wife needed a few days away to see 4 new walls and the sea due to COVID lock down. I had seen this place before on VRBO and decided to stay there, even though it was just the 2 of us and its bigger then we needed. What a great decision! This place is so remarkable and comfortable. Check in and communication was easy and smooth. Once you walk in and get to the 2nd floor(either stairs or elevator) where the 3 bedrooms are, you walk into the master bedroom and see 3 walls of windows and nothing but ocean! It takes your breath away. All of the beds, linens, pillows are very comfortable and top of the line. The master bath with the 2 person tub is perfection. Then you go up to the 3rd floor. To the left is a bar and pool table (which we played every night). To the right comes the great room. Again, 3 walls of windows and ocean, ocean, ocean! Big inviting dining table, high end kitchen, home theater with Bose surround sound and huge television. 2 comfy leather chairs that we sat in for hours everyday in the sun as we read, sipped drinks, ate food. There is also the deck on each floor that you can go out on sit in the sun, stare at the water, and "dolce far niente" (the sweetness of doing nothing). To sum it up, we have stayed at places on the Cape and along the east coast. This place tops them all. We have traveled to all inclusive island resorts (not to brag but perspective), the only thing missing here is people to cook for you and serve you drinks. Well done Jason!

Right on the beach

Fabulous stay in this clean modern home steps from the ocean. We watched the sunrise and sunsets from the 2 decks on lower and upper levels. The teenagers loved the pool table and we all loved the fantastic jacuzzi tub. The owner answered all my questions and was very accommodating. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful stay

Wonderful week spent at this house. Incredible views of the beach and sunrise through a wall of windows on the east side of the house. Landlord was extremely accommodating, helpful, responsive. Pool table was great fun for the teenagers. Very clean. Comfortable beds/linens. Somewhat eclectic mix in the kitchen - but it works. Looking forward to staying again.
