It was centrally located in downtown Knoxville on Gay Street. The sheets were even super comfortable and soft. There were many remarks about lighting and noise while sleeping. We did not personally experience that. The guests upstairs were also very quiet and the bar downstairs was far enough away that we did not experience issues with...

I immediately reached out to the host who said “it was a scheduling misunderstanding”, I can say the were quick to get someone out the clean, there were bugs which we don’t know where they were coming from. There was mold in the AC which we asked the host to make sure the cleaners attended to but that request...
