"I would really like to give a bad review so I have this place all to myself when I get into Knoxville to visit my daughter again. However, it was too great. Incredibly clean, very spacious, and had everything you would need for a trip to the area. It was far enough from downtown where you didn't need to worry about traffic. It is a little far from the campus, but I actually preferred it. The owners went above and beyond to decorate and make this feel like a home. "

"This place was so cool because of all of the history associated with it. It is on the 4th floor of a historic building overlooking downtown Market Square. It was very spacious and clean, and the beds were real comfortable. I was able to easily reach the owner with any questions I had, and she was very accommodating."

"I stayed for an event at the Convention Center, which was a short walk away. Plenty of free parking on the street just outside. Host was very courteous and helpful. The place was great! Clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. Would not hesitate to stay here again. "

"My husband and I stayed @ the Farmhouse loft for a few days so we could move our son into his apartment @ UT. The space was amazing. Clean, modern, comfy and beautifully decorated. It’s located in a quiet neighborhood over the bridge about a 15 min drive from campus. Brandee was so communicative from the start. Highly recommend. We will def stay again "
