The host is welcoming. Clean. The only issue was the thermostat had a lock on it. Which we could not control. The home was chilly in the evening. Other than that our stay was terrific.

I will always stay here or one of Quinn and Britney's properties. The place was decorated beautifully, so clean, and spacious. Missy was great to answer any questions I had in a timely manner.

The apartment was a wonderful place to stay. Conveniently located in a historic neighborhood. Easy check in and out process. The bedrooms were larger than expected. Very clean and well decorated apartment. We appreciated the dedicated parking spaces for the property. We really enjoyed the extra touches left for the guests, for example, brochures and menus from local restaurants and attractions, and Instagram profiles for local artists. We would love to stay at this property every time we visit our daughter in Knoxville.

Super loud and homeless all within a block

Cute little historic home but neighborhood sketchy. A man was burning something one night in the adjoining parking area and we both had to shower, as we smelled like we had been to a bonfire. My husband walked one block and the homeless asked for money. They had an app where you could download white noise for sleeping better, but I knew why that was on first night. There is some major repaving going on a block or two from our stay and we listened to it all night.I do wish this and the homeless issue had been disclosed to us in advance. It was hard to get a hold of the host as I am not on the app and I had to sign in but forgot my password. Also a lightbulb in tv room needs to be replaced as it constantly flickers. We unscrewed it so we could watch tv. Lastly, I was told to use black wash cloths to remove makeup, but why was only one left for me? Things were a bit inconsistent. There were some old beautiful and historic homes nearby, but the homeless were all over the place. We are not used to that and we found it to be a very different experience. Just wish I had known about it all.

Home away from home

I unexpectedly had to stay in Knoxville for a week with my son who is attending UT and this apartment exceeded my expectations. It is conveniently located and the property is so nicely decorated. I felt at home. And it is really nice to have an assigned parking spot. The host is super communicative. I would definitely recommend this property. And would stay here again.
