The condo was very cute and comfortable. They had everything laid out, including snacks and wine! I totally recommend and if we go back definitely booking this same spot.

Fabulous!

Completely enjoyed our stay. Chris was very accommodating and had such great communication! The apartment was spotless and had so many little extras that made it so welcoming! Great location for UTK graduation. Would definitely stay here again when we’re back in Knoxville:-)

UT visit

This condo was a perfect place to stay to visit the university and also explore Knoxville. The private parking garage was an added bonus.

Ideal stay in Knoxville

This property was exceedingly clean and convenient to everything I wanted to do on and near campus and downtown. Communications with the property manager were incredibly swift and clear. Will definitely seek this property out again when I'm in town!

They thought of everything

This condo is perfect for a Knoxville weekend getaway. Chris and Ksenia have thought of everything, from the seamless check-in and checkout procedures to the thoughtful local coffee supplies, the comfortable mattresses and soft linens, the fun vinyls, and the modern and cozy decor. We will definitely be back!

Perfect Place for UTK visit

Cannot say enough….beautifully decorated, comfortable bed (even the 2nd rollout futon was amazingly comfortable). Perfect location and such easy check in. Having parking in basement is huge!!!

Perfect university location

What a beautiful and comfortable condo! Every detail has been exceptionally considered from communication to amenities. The location is so convenient to visit my two student daughters. I easily came and went to the condo throughout the days. I will definitely stay here again!

Very comfortable condo in prime location

The condo was bright, full of light and beautifully furnished. Everything I needed was provided. It was most enjoyable to relax in the living room. I will stay there again when I return.

Perfect Location and Wonderful and clean

This was the cleanest rental we have ever stayed in. Chris was a wonderful host, easy to communicate with and very accommodating. Perfect location to the university and downtown area. We were able to park our vehicle and walk everywhere.

Quaint condo

Condo was quaint, comfortable and the host provided extra snacks and drinks which was a pleasant surprise after a long day of travel. Check in and out instructions were clear and easy. We enjoyed the comforts home away from home. Thank you!

UT Admitted Students weekend

If I could give a higher review (than a 5 star) I would! Chris is very easy to work with and responded promptly to all my questions. The accommodations are perfect, extremely clean and in a perfect location to walk wherever you want on the UT campus. We will be booking again in the near future! Thanks Chris for all the great recommendations and your overall help before, during and after our stay!

A Beautiful Base in Knoxville

My husband and I were house-hunting in Knoxville. This was an ideal location from which to see the city. Beautifully appointed and immaculate. Highly recommended.

Fantastic property!

Lovely property and very comfy (loved the interior design), and the host was phenomenal with making us feel at home and answering any questions we had! Great location to downtown, but be aware it is close to a hospital, so there is a fair bit of emergency vehicles you will hear off and on. Overall, still a 10/10 from us!
