"We had a few hiccups to start. Apartment had been refurbished but not properly equipped. But overall they were quick to correct some issues and took on board other issues that need to be rectified. We enjoy staying here"

"As I was on my own, I felt safe and other guests very quiet and friendly. Only downside was a homeless person sitting out the front on the wall all of the time, however didn't bother me in anyway."

"Overall excellent, loved the facilities and nice space for my business trip with a study area. Staff were excellent, welcoming and happy to go above and beyond. I didnt see a bath plug for the bath which was a little bit disappointing as was some of the loud vehicles passing by when trying to sleep. Besides that, everything else i found above expectations - enough to stay here again!"

"The property was dirty, linen, pillows & doona was awful, thin, stained & looked dirty with no top sheet, pillow or mattress protectors, couch was filthy covered in unknown stains, no soap, shampoo or toaster. All the furniture was shabby, worn & dirty. Cobwebs, walls grubby, security on the doors was very average 1 decent push on the back door from the outside & it would have come open, shower curtain was grotty & mouldy, no doormat, outside light not working, rear yard was overgrown, unmowed &...

"The room was clean and comfortable. The host was friendly. The location is bit distant from the city center but it is easy to access the center by train so absolutely no problem! We could enjoy quiet and cozy time. Love this place!"
