You insisted on speaking with the owners, and I can see that you still claim to have not spoken to the owner and you will not be able to do so. I'm sorry, but it is the responsibility of the property managers to handle such matters. Casa Princess is an independently operated villa and does not have the resources to instantly accommodate a 2 am booking made at the gate of the property. The guards are there to ensure the safety of the occupants and to alert management in the event of an impromptu booking, such as yours. I apologize, but opening the gates at 2 am simply because you made a booking is not part of our operational procedures. You did not wish to wait for me to arrive at the property, and I understand. The refund you requested has been processed, and we apologize if it has not yet appeared in your account. Depending on your bank, it may take 5-7 business days.

During the COVID-19 outbreak the government closed all airports and requested all villas close operation. We are sorry we could not accommodate your reservation due to regulations and would like to offer you a free 4 night stay as soon as the global pandemic has subside.

Thanks much for the review. Though it seems unimportant at the time of check-in, it is important that guests grasp the basics during check-in. Stuff like where the switch is for the hot water, microwave, all air condition units, stove are all vitally information. At home you would know where these things are. This guest loss Ms Powell's number, the number to the gate and did not remember how to turn things on. It was not until the third day they found Ms Powell's number in the guest guide book on the coffee table and got the instruction for the main AC and hot water a second time.

Tammy, thank you for the 4 out of 5 star rating. It is rather unfortunate that you did not take the opportunity to visit the pool.We wish that you would have reach out to us during your stay. Your property manager would have been more then happy to assist you in finding the pool. On the property there are two pools for our guest to enjoy, one Olympic sized swimming pool and a children's pool as well.The pools are communal and are in a central location on the premises, not in the back yard. However, with this clarity we hope that you do visit the pool next time. for that 5 out of 5 stars. Until next time! Thank you.
