The property is in a lovely, quiet neighborhood that was perfect for walking & biking and the size of the house certainly was suitable for the 9 members of our family. However, upon check-in, the house appeared not to have been prepared for us between renters, as the garage trash cans were overflowing, the bathroom counters/sinks required a wipe down, & the carpets appeared not to have been vacuumed. Additionally, there was insufficient place settings provided for the number of guests we indicated.As far as the web description of the house, the neighborhood & proximity to the beach were accurately conveyed; however, the pool & sauna amenities listed appear as if these are included in your stay which is misleading. It is only after I booked our reservation that I received a separate email conveying that membership passes must be purchased for an additional fee in order to have access these amenities.I would recommend the property if greater care was taken to clean the property & ensure that the house supplies could accommodate the number of guests.

The house and neighborhood was perfect for a golf vacation. The house was well-appointed with all the needs for a great time. The only concern was it smelled like cat urine when you first walk in. Also a carpet stain when you walk into master bedroom. The Master bedroom floor squeaks when you walk which can be quite annoying while you are sleeping. However, the rest of the house was great. Perfect back yard if you have kids or a dog.

Nice place, big front and back porch. Neighborhood/Community seemed friendly, we did not use all the amenities so I am unable to comment there. Had some late night giggling teenage cousins... never heard a complaint. I think sound doesn't carry so much off the property. The place was clean. Recommend bringing extra TP. Biggest issue was we had a few allergy sufferers and the fact that pets are allowed -- furniture could probably use a more deep clean every time as there are alot of pollinating trees in both the front and the back of the place. Maybe it's the time of year but it did limit our use of the outdoor space in the back. One thing I would hope changes the front door doesn't have a deadbolt or anything. We had a couple special needs children with us and one unexpected opened the front door. there's an alert you hear but its also easy to miss that too, wanted to be able to latch that at night. Finally, in general furnishing and appliances are from 10 years ago. The TVs are smart TVs but not 4k and we got an error a few times will operating them. You can't stream things from your device -- unless u bring ur own firestick or something like that. and the washer dryer and dishwasher can dominate any conversation in the living room. That said everything worked fine and we'd stay here again.

Overall a nice weekend. Some of the kitchen accessories (blender, hand mixer) no longer working and need to be replaced. Plenty of bedrooms but not much living space for 10 people. House & furniture showing some wear and tear.

The neighborhood is wonderful. Very peaceful and friendly. The house was a bit dated and in need of some TLC. It felt unkept and unclean. The washer sounded like an aircraft carrier. We had ants. The mattresses were uncomfortable. Dog hair was left from the previous renter. We have rented in that community before and expected the same type of experience but didn’t get it.

The neighborhood was beautiful. The pool was great. The house is a bit shabby - needs a lot of updating. All kitchen chairs need to be replaced. The sofas are quite worn. The downstairs master bed and bath reeked of cigar (or something) smoke. Kitchen needs way more eating utensils - and a can opener! Plenty of plates and bowls. Ice maker does not work. The screened porch was nice to have. Wifi was up and down. Upstairs master shower has mold. We'll try to find another house in the neighborhood next time.

Our trip started with no code to enter the house. We had to call Vacasa and they couldn’t figure out how to generate a code. We had no internet for 2 days (placed multiple calls to Vacasa). Wasted my first day of vacation waiting for the repair man. The house is in very poor condition. The screen door was blown out on the porch (repaired later in the week), the kitchen counter is peeling, the ceiling is damaged and has tape holding it together, etc. The twin beds have terrible, thin mattresses. The TVs were spotty and had no instructions on how to use them, especially with no internet. We were really disappointed in the home, especially for the price.

We arrived and the wifi was not working. It took 18 hours for someone to show up and address the issue. This was after multiple phone calls. Given everyone’s reliance on reliable and fast Wifi this was unacceptable. Once fixed the wifi was still slow.

We loved the Bear Trap Community...we loved the size of this home...we loved that we could bring our dog with us...however, this home was not in good shape...it needs to be refreshed...mattresses were not good...kitchen chairs were wobbly...kitchen dishes full of chips....gas grill was in sad shape...blender broken...house was dirty when we arrived. (sand in bed...makeup powder in drawers)

Great location, wonderful screened-in back porch! Love that it is dog friendly, but so clean! I would have given a 5 star rating if all the televisions worked. Five bedrooms, but only one bedroom television worked. The family room has a nice television!
