"My experience at this hotel was disappointing. I chose it for one specific reason: the pool and spa, so I could enjoy some time with my 3-year-old son. But when we went to the area, we were told that children are not allowed. This crucial restriction, which should be clearly stated at the time of booking, completely undermined the purpose of our stay. The rooms are basic and dated. The mattress was so soft it affected the quality of sleep, and the overall condition of the accommodation feels...

"Wifi didn't work at my room at all, nice hotel with very good restaurant but nowadays good WIFI quality is a must, in a business trip very needed. Personally I found the mattress too soft."

"We had a truly wonderful stay at The Packhorse Inn. We stayed in Warren Room which was really lovely a very comfortable bed and a fantastic bathroom. Areas of the room and the hallway leading to it are a little tired looking stained carpet and areas of paintwork could be refreshed. The food was absolutely amazing we had roast beef and sticky date pudding for our meal. Lovely service the waiter was very helpful and attentive.
