"The house was perfect for our party of 13 - it was big enough for us to be together and yet had lots of space for us to have privacy when we needed it. We appreciated the labels on everything from remotes and light switches to drawers in the kitchen. Ricky was also a great host, very responsive, flexible - and very warm and kind. We had a wonderful stay!"

Our group of 13 had a great time. Nicks lake house was our favorite for dinner and Luna rafting for our tubing trip down the river. "For a relaxing vacation in an amenity filled community in the Poconos you can't find a better place. Our family had a great time, the house was full of fun games and my daughter and I had a great time playing on the Xbox. The pool down the street is very close and easy to get too. My son loved the finishing in the lake across from the house, we caught several large mouth bass. Sean is super friendly and will answer any questions you have as well as the welcome packet they send when you first...

"Overall the house was perfect for family. The kids spent most of their time downstairs while adults and big kids hung out upstairs. The large deck and large table inside was perfect for family style meals and everything was accurate to the listing. Property Manager was quick with responses and when we had a minor plumbing issue, it was remedied quickly. Great location in the mountains and nearby the lake. "
