Can opener dirty and didn’t work. Kitchen window wouldn’t close as no lock. No plug in kitchen basin to wash dishes. Kitchen rubbish bin lid broken couldn’t shut lid. Bed was comfortable."

"Staff were helpful, and very accommodating of our later arrival. Room was as expected for the price we paid. Only thing that wasn't great was the lack of ventilation in the bathroom, the entire bathroom was dripping wet after using the shower which left us having to use our towels to dry the floor, meaning we needed more towels and couldn't help with the environmental notice. Otherwise it was what we needed to rest our head at the end of each day for our short trip."

"A great location close to the hospital and staff let me park there all day whilst hubby had surgery. Only negative thing was there were a few lightbulbs needing replacing. The one in the stairwell is really needed as it was pitch dark whilst going down the stairs."
