"The room was immaculately clean and very spacious. The staff were friendly and very attentive. Checkin/out was a breeze and the location was quiet even though close to shops. Albany mall is within a 15min walking distance. The bed was a very generous size and very comfortable with ample pillows provided. There was only one bedside light however, and a thin blanket. Although there was a heat pump, an extra/thicker blanket as an option would have been appreciated. Overall, would definitely stay...

"Lovely clean studio with washer and dryer which was awesome. Took a bit to work out the stove. But the receptionist was helpful. Good location for the basketball tournament I was attending with my son. "

"We’ve stayed here regularly and it’s been ok. Unfortunately this time it was too disgusting to stay. Cockroaches, used toothpick next to the bed, dirty socks left behind. A musky smell in the room. We didn’t even stay one night. When we tried to communicate this at check out on Friday night, where we handed in the key, we unfortunately had a very disinterested person on the desk who told us to have a good day 🙄 we’re not after a refund, just letting the motel know. "Everything was perfect. Great amenities handy to beach & restaurants "

"The accommodation is great, really spacious and modern. WIFI is a bit sketchy, and seems to be shared with owners upstairs, along with the hot water, which honestly can take ages to come through and can take time to re heat itself. Duvet in main bedroom leaves a bit to desire with stains all over it, was just thrown on the floor as luckily was hot enough not to need it. But a really nice spacious apartment."

"The room was ready when we arrived. Well stocked with tea, milk waiting us in yhe fridge. View of the water as promised. We were asked if we had a small car, just as well. Tight getting it into the space we were allocated due to the angles of that particular parking space. Staff were pleasant and great cafes nearby. Pool not open."
