"Had an excellent stay with family. The staff was extremely helpful in arranging late check-out for us based on our circumstances. The kids live the buffet breakfast! This is our goto accommodation whenever there are sporting events at GCSL Carrara. "

"The property is tired but I didn't like that the upkeep on balcony, shade covers, gardens is not up to date. Needs a good wash down. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms need updating. Lovely, lovely outlook and so quiet."

"Instalaciones bonitas pero mal mantenidas. El check-in desastroso (la recepción cierra pronto y no nos dejaron la llave por lo que tuvimos que reclamarla telefónicamente). Los compromisos de HOTELS en relación al trato VIP no se cumplieron y nos dieron excusas incoherentes. En definitiva, buenas instalaciones que podrían estar en mejor estado y atención muy deficiente. A tener en cuenta que no hacen la habitación a diario!!!."

"Overall we had a great time. My husband cut his finger pretty bad on a broken tile in one of the pools. Borderline needed a hospital visit and stitches. Staff really could have handled the situation better. Concern could have been more and the tiles were not fixed. If a child cut their finger the way he did then could have been a lot worse for a tiny finger. Property was clean. Could have been more complimentary dishwasher powder and toilet paper. 2 rolls for a family of 4 for 7 nights isn’t...
