"The guest house is one of the most charming and accommodating places I have ever stayed in. The proprietor is a historian who is warm and personalizes the experience for each guest with humble grace.

"What a wonderful place to spend our 30th wedding anniversary! Gorgeous woodworking throughout the home, beautiful landscaped grounds to walk around in, breath-taking views of Lake Superior from the wrap-around front porch, as well as amazing food for breakfast! The shower in Betty's Room was like a waterfall paradise! So wonderful! We both enjoyed our stay at this property and would highly recommend it! Thank you!"
