"Everything was great and very relaxing. Due to its location on a wooded property the climate of the house was very comfortable. When it was hot outside, it was comfortably cool inside (without ac) and vice versa. The screenshot porch was very relaxing and the house had a lot of items to use and good kitchen equipment. Furthermore Todd is very helpful host! The lake and the surrounding were very relaxing too. We were there with our teenage kids. For them the calm surrounding was a little boring...

"We visited here for a weekend in the Mystic area. Our daughter joined us for an evening and the home was cozy and comfortable for 3 adults. The check in process was seamless and communication with the host was always timely. They thought of everything to make our stay enjoyable and everything was within arms reach. "The cozy cottage was great and just what we needed for a quick getaway! Check in & out was easy; everything was perfectly clean. The only suggestion is maybe having suggestions for restaurants/beaches/things to do nearby would be really helpful! But overall enjoyed the house and would definitely stay again if we're in the area!"

"This updated turnkey cottage was extremely well-equipped with everything we needed. It was very attractively decorated. Beds were comfortable and A/C kept us cool. It was a short drive to the private association beach that borders Rocky Neck State Park with easy drop-off and convenient parking."

"This is the 4th year we’ve rented this property. The four bedrooms have ample room for our daughters and sons in-law. The kids room has two big bunks with trundles that sleeps 8! It’s a fun room for the children. The beachfront backyard is the highlight! The comfy couch with shaded gazebo, outdoor dining area, grill, outdoor shower, fire pit with chairs in the sand. The view is beautiful! Low tide brings the sandbar our daily exploration for the family. Love this place!"

"Charming, clean, newly renovated and nicely equipped house in the Pawcatuck which comfortably accommodated seven people. We appreciated the many nice touches that Wilson, the host, provided. In the large back yard is a table and sitting on it when we arrived was a Citronella candle, a lighter and a can of Off.
