"The property was exactly what we expected. It was clean, sat directly on the lake with beautiful views, as well as fun stuff, like kayaks, canoes and noodles to float around with. Bobby, (the host) answered any and all questions I had prior to check in, via the VRBO app in a very timely manner, and Brandon (our contact after check in) was just as attentive via text once we were there. I would highly recommend this property."

Cottage was decorated well, lots of nice details and care taken in selecting items for the interior. Kitchen had dishes, pots, pans, all that one needs to cook, as well as a few things to take your meal with you to the beach. Check in process was simple, door was left unlocked. Linens had not been cleaned, so the first night because we discovered the linens needed...

Spark by Hilton Mystic Groton

Spark by Hilton Mystic Groton

10/10 Excelente
"Our stay at Spark by Hilton Mystic was great from start to finish, but what truly made it memorable was Josh at the front desk. From the moment we arrived, he went above and beyond to help us. He was attentive, friendly, and always ready to make sure we had everything we needed. People like John are like diamonds in customer service, and he made our stay truly great. The room was clean, comfortable, and nice, and the breakfast was excellent, a great way to start each day. The location is also great. It’s close enough to downtown Mystic that we even had time to go for a jog there. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Mystic, and we’d happily stay here again. Thank you, Josh!"
