"Perfect cozy cottage for a weekend away. Within walking distance to lobster landing and aqua. Thanks for a great place!"

"We love Rockview! Thank you for a fabulous week!"

"Overall, the property was okay if you’re looking for a rustic, cabin-style stay. The updated kitchen was a nice feature, the home is pet-friendly, and the host was thoughtful enough to leave snacks and a bottle of wine for guests, which was appreciated. That said, much of the house felt old and outdated. Most of the furniture was very dated, and the master bedroom had no closet or dresser for storing clothes. There were also no curtains in the master bedroom, making it difficult to sleep once the...

"Lovely house with comfy couches and large backyard. We enjoyed walking through the neighborhood and along the coast. Close to town for restaurants and shopping but in a quiet neighborhood (at least in late May!)."

"We were in town for Christmas with the family. The house was a perfect fit for us and the host responded almost immediately whenever we reached out to him. The house looks like a new renovation, and they did not skimp on finishings - very well done. It was very cold outside, but nice and warm inside. The snow didn’t slow us down. Great spot, will have to come back in the summer to enjoy the lake. Highly recommended! Thanks for letting us stay!!"

"Excellent. The property was simply lovely and the owner was excellent to work with. Location was just what we were looking for, the yard was large and landscaping & outdoor areas were wonderful. Thank you!"

"Great Vacation, everything just as described. The owner is very nice and accommodating. Will definitely be back!"

"Great little cozy place!"

"We LOVED this little cottage on the lake. We nicknamed the cove "Audubon Cove" because of all the bird watching! We saw herons, osprey, hawks, several kinds of ducks (including babies), cormorants, geese (including babies), and tons of red winged black birds! We saw a racoon swimming in the lily pads, turtles, and heard bull frogs at night. It was simply magical sitting on the porch and watching the World go by! We enjoyed kayaking during the day, grilling our dinner, and hot tubbing at...

"Outward appearance of the house is well kept. Host is very responsive which we appreciated. The one side of the house did not have a dishwasher or full size washer/dryer however the other side had both. Bathrooms were well stocked with necessities. Beds were very comfortable. Refrigerators did not feel cold until we turned them up. Very noisy stairs. One of the spindles popped right off posing a hazard. The sunroom was a great room for our kids to play and hangout. The house was not cleaned to...
