"First, the host was really great. Communicated very quickly. Unfortunately, the house was basically like a Frat house. Not cared for at all. The smell was not great. The whole house is just dirty. The host offered to send someone out but this house needs a lot more than a once-over with a broom. Based on the price, I wasn't expected anything luxurious and the location is great. But you don't expect the house to be a filthy mess."

"The property did not match the description in the listing. Some of the pictures were of a different unit, it was very small, old, not well maintained, and the outside furniture wasn't usable. The nearest beach access at Cleo Street was closed for construction. The property manager was very responsive and accommodating in helping us find another spot."
